Customer service is not too great not too bad. Its an average service provided here. But the high rating could be due to the mechanics/engineering working there. Theyre extremely good! They know exactly what you want and what you need! The servicing room is pretty small and stuffed with old monitors, UPS, printers etc. They should provide a bigger room with seats for customers. It takes time to wait. And no one wants to stand and waith for like an hour or two. Overall experience was good. Coupd be better thats what Im suggesting!👍🙏
