This is a college in Imphal city which is nearly 7 kilometer far from the Imphal general post office. In one way this college is really liberal because, whenever a student does not get admission in other colleges due to poor results, then the last hope would be the Liberal College & one can take it as granted. Teaching staffs of the college are good. So far, imparting eduction to the students are not at par in compare to other colleges of Imphal, Manipur. The campus is very cool & calm and quite a big one. Surrounding atmosphere and natural beauty of the location is very attractive. One may visit this college for a new and charming experiences. Now a days communication to this place is good.
