Channels are good but very late to response to customers need. I called many times they said they will rectify it but no one turn up. The one who picked my call even laughed at me saying it will not come anymore I really felt irritated. This is not the way to serve the customers. And we always paid in advance but dont care for their customers one month completely not coming. Really fed up of calling again and again. It will be better if you can response to your customers need little quick.

Its one of the best TV network in Manipur but from the past few months most of the much wanted channels are not available, if the company do not solve this problem in a short period of time,subscribers may have looked for a better service provider.
