Always time internet network is bed please check thise problem. Please dont think only at money,think for the people and be a good BusinesS and have a good profit. Lastly I humble request from jio please try to upgrade network system (thank you)

Speed is 0.01 mbps frequently and it continues for whole day.Worst Service and unreliable network. The service disruption is so frequent.No improvement even after multiple complaints to Customer Care.

Most unstable network. For more than half of the day they provide us with only upto 90 kbps. And it gets better for only an hour or so. When are you guys going to fix this issue as its been almost more than 10 years of service and there is still no progress.

Jio internet in initial stage was good at anything but now jio is like hell in our area

For 2yrs network was fine, now like a tortoise. Poor network.

I bought a Rs.1500 Jio phone online and went here to pick up. It is kind of isolated for its nature of service but I think its all worth the effort. The staff here are very friendly and they quickly activated my phone after due verification. Keep up the good work!

I feel nice towards the service of this office.

Frequent outages is giving me a head ache and High blood pressure. Network is often so slow. Only 0.23 mbps frequently as per NetVelocity results. And network can be unreliable. All this happening in Mantripukhri where Jio office is located. So ironic. Customer care people told me to bear with them. But it has been months. I dont know when Jio network will maintain high net speed 24x7 because this frequent outages and slow speed has to stop seriously.

Such a bad centre I never thought of this kind of worst place in JIO service . It is an office worked by security...... What a place??? Such a bad place I never thought of. By the way I dont like to give a single star but the following circumstances I have to give them....
