Worst restaurant and unfriendly staff .. bait and switch tactics.. the special 8 piece for 499 is never available they use the excuse that the smoky grill was not available when i ask to substitute for the extra crispy they refused.. and ask me to buy something much more expensive..just putting their to draw you in and sell you something elseWhat kind of standard reply is that??? Either take off the offer of 8 piece for Rs 499 or sell it to your customers stop the bait n switch,,,,, offer something n trying to sell another. Dishonesty will turn your customers away. My nature of work takes me all over India, I like KFC food so I am a regular KFC customer. However, when I visited KFC Imphal the taste was different from all the KFC chicken I have had, it was not fresh, seems like the chicken had been kept for a long time, seems like the chicken is kept in deep freezer and honestly I know for sure its been kept for a pretty long time. I smell it and it smells different, taste so bad. I complained it to the manager but they just ignore saying complaints n feedbacks are possible only online. So here I am sharing my experience in Imphal KFC. I hope the concerned authority do something about it. And start serving a healthy fresh food instead of a stale food. To be honest, the inside of the chicken I had was blackish in color between the bones and flesh. Now u can judge my opinion.

The chicken was good and the place is clean and they have god staff.

Yesterday i was at the KFC store and yet i was made to order through swiggy. Come on! It wasnt even a home delivery. Not only was i charged extra but its illogical that a guy from outside would come and pick up my order and deliver it to me right in front of the store. It dosent make any sense. Someone from the staff can wait at the door and take orders like other times while maintaining covid19 sop. Customers are being looted here on pretext of covid19 safety measures.

Service used to be fast but now it takes 45 minutes just to get the 4 pieces of chicken 🤦‍♂.Please make sure to have faster service time

The burgers had no greens in it at all except for a slice of onion and add to that no proper packaging so it was crushed when we got it .Thank you .We ordered for 4 people and your generous people gave us only one ketchup sachet with the whole order now that is very disappointing and is genuinly unacceptable even for street stall standards nowadays says my nephew. And this happens very frequently !Why are you trying to make ketchup a luxury asks my niece .Being a customer the service was ( my rating above)Thank you .

I ordered from swiggy at 11am and waited patiently for the 40 minute delivery. When the time came I get a call saying that some of the items were unavailable. I thought it was fine since I would still be getting the other stuff. Another 20 minutes pass and I get a call saying that nothing is available. If nothing is available why did you take an hour and a half to let me known . Please have a sense of responsibility. Now the refund is going to take 4 days minimum. What a perfect waste of time.

I ordered a bucket of 4 hot and crispy. And they gave me 4 smallest pieces. And whats worst is I cant even bite the chicken because it smells a lot and the chicken is half burned too.Get a life. And stop swindling money from poor people.

SHOCKING!!!!Ive been a KFC Customer for more than 8 years now and a customer of the Imphal franchise since its genesis. I enjoy eating fried chicken from this place. But my experience today has been such a let-down!! I made an order because I trusted KFC, among all the restaurants that were open for business during lockdown. So, heres my honest review of the order-The chicken was a little stale. The colour of the chicken was quite un-appetizing. If KFC Imphal is going to serve semi-spoilt and strange-smelling fried chicken, they should just shut it down, if not forever, atleast during this lockdown. Because this could affect the health of many including myself. KFC is a big company, so it should not be so low to serve stale food to customers because this could badly affect their reputation and customers trust.Also, Im not rich. Please return my money, Ill give you back the chicken. LOL.19/08/2020

Bill is 644, but they said 650. Later only when I saw the bill, I asked why 650 when it is 644,t the lady at the counter told me its added to donation. I mean really?? Without my permission????? Whyyyyy??? No other KFC centres outside Manipur charge the bill like this in excess without informing the client.Its up to the client whether to donate or not.So please learn basic ethics first.

The Kentucky Friend Chicken is nearby DM COLLEGE. The pictures from kfc and this one have mismatched.

This place is great. With the food and the service of the staff. The most ironic thing is that the Chicken wings and the fried chicken actually taste better than KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) at Imphal.

KFC is my favorite fast food and I love to order most of the time specially during this lockdown since cant go and enjoy at the restaurant and thank you to swiggy for delivering the food but unfortunately today the taste seems to be different like the flour doesn’t have a taste it’s totally tasteless and the meat inside was still raw and it really make me sad that I can’t enjoy my all time favourite KFC. Hope it’s not gonna be the same next time.

The food was overall good and it was served quite quickly. My only suggestion would be that when the 8 pieces or 12 pieces of chicken is served you should serve that in a bigger plate or in a bucket instead of a plate. Otherwise a great experience.

Very unprofessional staffs. Worst experience that I had today. No cold drinks and coke were available. Items on the menu were unavailable. If it is not available then whats the point of putting it in menu? Please train your staffs properly.

KFC Imphal has to improve in a lot of ways. Checking ordered items specially for takeaways is a must because its two times that I had the misfortune of missing out one or the other item. Rush hour stress is understandable and mistakes do happen but then twice the occurrence to a single customer is merely not a coincidence or bad luck.

Well to start with the ambience was kind of nice the staffs were ok...would expect them to train a bit though....ordered for 2 chicken zinger, a side portion of fries and lime soda - salted . I had especially asked her to give the staff salted but when it arrived it was kind of jal jeera..cant find a taste of salt in it dont want to make a fuss and left after a sip. Next the French fries was completely soggy and way cold....common how can you serve cold fries ...had to ask for a replacement but all they did was fry that over cold fries again, so when they gave me it was not what I would expect ...the zinger was ok though...but if I was to step in again I would think a zillion times ...not worth what u spent for...its the hype and your brand (Monopoly in a small town like imphal) I guess that keeps the restaurant running.

This KFC have the best fries in Imphal. Small, skinny and soggy. Just the way I like it.

Gonna rate it with more critic. Its a new outlet so might take time for it to get up to normal standard. The chicken is mostly undercooked. And drinks are not upto the mark. I have to multiple KFCs in India, this one needs to improve to be on par with others all over india.
