Everything is good & tasty but motton curry is the best for me......

The only place with no frills but cosy and superb food. The food were not good once but on my recent visit it delighted me. Mellow is one of the best in the town.

The foods are tasty but the problem is we have to wait for a long time to get our order!!

Mellow is like a petty Indian dhaba or food truck owner trying to run a restuarant business without the skills of the much needed hospitality and process management. Much of the blame lies in the owner and the manager for the inability to handle customer request and priorities. The food quality is just about average or even less for most items.Menu book photos are mostly photoshopped and do not reflect the real food brought on the table. Wait times are horrible when you go in larger groups, one or two may be okay.The pork spare ribs looked good though but I couldnt taste it because the chef couldnt simply entertain more than a plate in the evening hour when we went, and we were more than a handful of people.Steamed momos got billed although we were not served. They said, after a 20 minutes wait, that the chef would not make momos for the day. We noticed the billing error and made them correct the bill though.They said sizzlers werent available for us too. The menu flaunted a nice photo of sizzlers though. Again, disappointment here.The kids wanted burgers also. This was also denied although the menu book featured a nice enticing photo.The starter soups came 40 minutes after the order and wait times for soya sauce was another 10 minutes.Overall, it was a monumental disaster.

We visited today post 12.30 pm for lunch only to be told that they would be open only after 1.30pm. Obviously, we wouldnt wait for an hour an proceeded to the nearby Flavours restaurant for a wonderful meal.Im not sure if 1.30pm is the daily opening time for Mellow or they just decided to do so today. In either case it would be advisable to call before going so as to avoid disappointment.

Simple & Sober (Not, if you ask for it)!! Cozy and comfort cafe, with semi-lounge inbuilt. Nice food and ambience. Good for family get-together, or small number of friends. Minimum 300INR for two.

Worst service ever. And food was bad. My friends was laughing for some funny stories we had shared while we were in the cafe, and you know what happened... One of them came and said makhon tapthabiyu. God we came there to meet up and talk and laugh. I dont know whats wrong with them.
