I had a very bad experience today. the driver didnt know the direction in the short cut. he could have just gone from the main road, i wasnt familiar with that route thats why i booked the cab, i had an exam to attend and reached the place ten minutes late, it wasnt even that far. well totally a very bad experience.

Its a bit pricey compared to other cities, but then, everything is expensive in imphal. so, i think its no big deal.service is very good, except some new drivers gets confused about the location and i have explain all the route which is uncomfortable.and i wouldt recommend for the last minute bookings because sometimes its unavailable.
