It is regular Prisma hypermarket so you get all basic food supply from here. Always hard to find stuff when visit new hypermarket and this was my first time here. Little limited selection in special been, but already September so major bbq season is over.

Good grocery of well known chain. All common services are in place. It was not overcrowded in weekend. Qualified and positive staff. Products of proprietary brands are rather good and have good value for money.Charging for WC is not common in Finland and looks like greed.

A very nice Prisma. Has got everything you expect to find in a big supermarket. Easy to get to and easy to get groceries. Its a supermarket and does it well.

Big and ordered store. You can find good deals on some products. They have entire row for Mexican food that is great. Big variety of coffee. One think was not able to find was wine . Just assuming that in Finland they have some special regulations on alcohol. That is a good thing.

A big supermarket with surprisingly low variety of items. I mean, they have a lot, but being this big Im very surprised that I cannot find even Salsiccia, and when asking the staff about it, they just look like uh, what is that?. Of course I cannot compare to Stockholm, where I come from, but still, so many things I miss.

As a traveler I sometimes find myself in the nees to defecate. In prisma however you need s-card to get into the toilets. Not appriciated.

S-Group and the City of Imatra destroyed a meadow and two groves of trees, as well as subjecting the residents of the heavily populated neighborhood of high-rise residential buildings across the way to two years of excruciating construction noise, dusty, and chaos to install this hypermarket, which was built exclusively for Russian tourists, as you can tell from the number of reviews written by Russians. There was already a perfectly serviceable, large Prisma right across the street from the new one; now the site and the building sits empty, with no prospects of anything else moving in there. A prime example of incredibly bad city planning that caters to (dwindling numbers of) Russian tourists and the demolition/construction mafia, but that has made life worse for locals. To make a ridiculous story even worse, half the businesses that had moved into the K-Groups City Market when it expanded a few years earlier were coaxed away by S-Group to take up spaces in the new Prisma, leaving big empty holes in City Market. And now two more stores (Jysk and Tokmanni) are moving into this already crowded commercial center that used be a leafy, green neighborhood with instant access to the forest (cleared to make way for Lidl and Raja Market, and now Jysk and Tokmanni). Another side effect of this thoughtless planning is that Imatras third center, Vuoksenniska, is nearly dead commercially, and, I suspect, Imatras first center, Imatrankoski, is also having trouble competing with Mansikkala, the citys second center and the home of all this furious big-box store construction. At least, judging by the number of empty commercial spaces, Imatrankoski is on its way to becoming a second Vuoksenniska.

Today 25.7.21 unexpectedly in Imatra Prisma. I was shopping for food and went to the whitefish shelf in front of me and noticed that the price of whitefish at the end of the box is 9.49 € / kg- 30%. I took the whitefish out of the box and studied it in more detail and it had a kg price of about 20 € / kg. I asked the person in the fruit department what the real price of this is? The person who rotated the package said that the price is about 20 € / kg -30%, the last best before the day of the package was 25.7.21I felt your whitefish trade was based on customer misleading, the bottom quote and credit to Prisma and S Group went in one fell swoop.

So far been good service. A juicer (orange) twice fed fly-like creatures into a bottle. Otherwise OK.
