We stayed at Summit hotel for one night. It was one night too many.Paid for a deluxe room so we could have some hot water...the hot water lasted for about 2 mins before it stopped working. Bed sheets were not clean, and the restaurant downstairs was terrible. Oh, and they do not allow you to take any food to your room despite the deluxe room having some sofas and table (perfect breakfast spot on the balcony).Would not recommend.

Hotel looks good from the outside and even the foods are okay but may be because of the rainy season room was smelling fungus. Bed was not comfortable. They should use some quality mattresses instead of local and cheaper one. They don’t have power backup in case of power outage, not even for the internet. Most annoying thing during my stay was they were asking for more money than earlier negotiated. When I refused to pay, the hotel manager told that he will pay for me from his pocket.

Not even capable of 1 star. Water going was jammed plus rooms with no fans/ac. This hotel is a nightmare. Waste of money.

Indolent manager and staff, we needed to get the most expensive rooms because we were told the others don’t have hot water. Even so, we did not get hot water. After complaining and asking several times the reception for solutions, one of the ladies there went to start the hot water. But after 3-4 minutes they’ve again stopped it. We told them we have driven 16 hours from Kathmandu and we really need at least hot water.In the restaurant, again, it was all un-organized, our order was not taken properly, and we did not get what we have ordered.And it was this feeling that the staff does not care about their guests, ignoring us, like we were not there. It was the first time for me to get such treatment.I would never ever return to that hotel.

We booked the Most expensive apartaments because the director of the hotel told us that those are the only rooms with water. And we did not get Any hot water. Expensive yet unprofessional with low quality services

There are only 5/6 hotels in ilam for the best quality and this is one of them. The restaurant and bar is nice. I can appreciate the quality of food and accommodation.The hospitality and response is the good part of this hotel. I can recommend this hotel.

Well maintained rooms, clean modern toilets, wifi, restaurant and bar are good amenities to count on.However, services are extremely slow, food is not good. It takes them more than an hour to get your food, so try ordering as much as you want in first place. Any additional order will take frustrating amount of time.Severely understaffed or less trained staff, but shiny side is their attitude and willingness to help you with everything, although in their due timeOverall a good place for stay.

We have great fun on this hotel,,all the staff were good. The hotels have maintained a small museum to show their Ancient culture...

Cockroaches all over the room and bathroom, separate charge even for basic amenities like water, uncooked food was served, inhospitable staffs and noisy.

Good Hotel with Poor service. Management team is not matured enough. We had 3 days Program and the service was awful. I had to ask 5 times just for soap and shampoo.

By seeing from the outside, Summit Hotel 🛌 looks great and beautiful. However, inside of the hotel, specially the services and facilities are not that good. The hotel staffs respond to the customers requests very slowly. During my stay, I requested to change the spoiled bedsheets that they have arranged for me in which they responded reluctantly or unwillingly. After multiple attempts, they put a sheet which was also stained. I wonder why the hotel exhibits its greediness in the matter of health and hygiene of customers. The good aspect of the hotel was that it had a nice meal.

The room was quite good and the food was delicious too. Overall the best place to stay in Hetauda.

Best Hotel in Ilam

The food and service and room were good but the problem was water. We got up at 4 oclock in the morning but there was no water in the bathroom. It was very difficult for everyone. As I was the coordinator of the group, everyone was shouting at me. I reached the place where there was a water tank but there was no water in the tank. The brother who worked in the hotel also tried hard but was not successful. We just left the hotel.
