This layout is the best layout in the chandapura, very big park, and so many plants is there, nice residence place

It is just back side of chandapura bus depot. Seems that the land value is little overpriced when compared to the market value. For investment purpose it might be an option now(with a reduced price), but it will take at least 2 to 3 years to get developed completely. Proper roads are being laided currently due to this one. As far as now safety is a concern.

Not so secure place, security guard has been killed in this layout, night robbery frequencty happens here

Waste of time if you visit. They only attract you saying its near to surya city of chandapur. But They never show you the proper sites with proper dimensions. Nothing marked. They say all sites are booked and show you only waste piece of land with no value. I wasted my half day. You please dont.

Far from Bangalore almost 50km.. and nearer to Electronic city.
