I have bought whashing machine from the Bandlaguda store in the month of August from that time am facing issue with the management and the service people. This 1 start am giving only sclod them.very un skilled manpower, not at all professionals.reliance team shame on you, the kind of people your maintaing for Service.respect customer commitment , hardly its 2 KLM they taking this long time for delivery , to spend worth of 150 rs , this the values the reliance value your givin to customer.simple word in capable team at Bandlaguda.this review to improve customer service.

I had purchased Panasonic AC on march 30th 2021 from reliance digital store bandlaguda jagir Hyderabad. Actually was going to buy a different AC but the Sales person convinced me to purchase this. They had delivered AC almost 10 days later and installation took 3 more days. After 2 days of working fine, the AC is not cooling the room and its started to smell like old socks, spongy smell every time we switch on AC. So I lodge complain and reliance service technician came to do the necessary repair work. The problem could not resolve. I tried to contact many many times to service team for such serious issues but Panasonic and reliance response was extremely poor. I would never recommend it to anyone..it’s the Worst and This reliance and Panasonic company will make you suffer a lot, they will drain your time. there is no Zero as rating, or else I would have given them a big zero.

I have bought AC from the Bandlaguda store in the month of April from that time am facing issue with the management and the service people. Problem started with the late delivery and later after a week and done the installation part that too after many follow ups. Later a month, a tangent smell was coming from the AC, I have raised request with the help of customer care and waited a week but no response from the technicians and i hv follow up with the customer care and later went to store drectly but i have wasted my time. Almost after 40 days one technician came and tried to resolve the issue but no luck. Later again i hv raised a complaint with the service manager now its almost 5 days again no response. I think i can write a story about the services providing by the Reliance store. Thanks Reliance for making the customer very happy. Keep it up the services.

Worst store managers who actually decide the prices.Sales staff are much professional than the management guys. I got the best deal at Attapur Reliance Digital at a considerable lesser price than what these guys quoted as final.Surprised to know that the same cannot be offered by this branch and the sales manager was such an unprofessional guy asking the customer to visit Attapur branch Reliance Digital to buy the product in a rude manner instead of feeling sorry for not providing the best deal/offer.Do not recommend this store.Look at other branches for best deal and make this store as a last choice.Hope this guys would improve and educate the staff members (especially the senior staff and the so called managers) to be professional with the customers.

This is one electronics and home appliances shop that has come up recently. Very well maintained, has good measures to sanitize customers and staff, well behaved staff and almost everytime i went to buy domethibg, i foubd what i needed. Has all brands of electronics and home appliances.

Worst showroom. Staff doesnt have knowledge what they are selling. Person who is selling smart tv doesnt know that it will have RAM and internal storage .I purchased TCL TV from this showroom, they took 36 hours to deliver tv within 2 km distance. They bought it on bike and Some parts were missing during delivery. They wrapped it without a box.Customer service is also not responding properly.Please think before visiting this showroom.

Staff is very friendly and got the product so early

First time I ordered a memory card, it was delivered within a day but the problem was the delivery executive was not able to handle the delivery procedure properly, and he struggled to enter otp for 30mins. Another guy came in and finished the procedure.Later I walked into the store as I needed to check out some external hard disks. As soon as I entered I asked a sales guy for the same and he pointed out to the corner of the store. I walked n was looking for them but didnt find them. I had to ask another sales lady who doesnt even know what an external hard disk looks like. She was pointing towards the wall with tempered glass. Again I went back n searched but the prices of the hard disks are so high compared to the website. They didnt have 1.5tb or 1tb. And the 2Tb was priced at 6.5k. Left the store without another thought.The staff are so so under qualified and they dont know anything about any product. They simply ignore the customer posing as if they are busy with something else. Other stores are better than this one. Save your time and buy online or go to another branch. Dont visit here.

Went to buy headphones for my kids and they did not have stock so I asked if I could order online from their store and none were able to assist. And most of the staff was busy on phones rather than customers 🙄

The staff seems really under qualified as they do not know anything about what they are selling. I went for a PS4 bundle and one of the staff straightaway said it is not available. I had to open reliance digital website and show him that it is available in their showroom. Another staff went and checked and finally found the product I was looking for. They wee handling it as if it’s not an electronic item. I had to tell them multiple times to hold it gently. The supervisor did not know how to open and close a box. And finally the greatest excuse of all, they did not have a carry bag for me to carry the PS4 home. The bag they had will hardly carry a router or keyboard etc. so if u are planning to buy a laptop or anything of that sort, they can’t provide a paper bag which we usually get in shops like croma. Finally after multiple request one guy gave me a plastic polythene to carry the PS4. And the security lady who needs to punch in my bill before I leave, was standing outside talking to somebody. I had to call her to stamp my bill before I left. This happened to a customer who is buying 28k product. I would highly suggest not to visit here if you are planning for a good gadget. Better visit Croma as they have very polite and knowledgable staff. Hope my review helps fellow Patrons.
