Worst hiring experience..... I given interview one month back they took all the details of onboarding and they said I will get offer letter in 7days but more than a month completed but till now I didnt got any offer from them and worst thing is that they wont lift any calls and they wont reply to any mails...

Well Why Im rating this company ZERO because I just want to bring in kind notice of the company that before hiring people you should first check their employees background because your company employee Mr. Anadan Ranganadan is a big blackmailer and a person who take due advantage of Google Reviews.He not only posted fake review on my business but also demanded money to remove it afterwards and started blackmailing me.Just posted to make people aware of him.

Guys dont waste your time by attending interviews in Cognizant.The HR will give their vacancies to 3rd party consultancies almost 10 to 30 from Hyderabad , Bangalore , Chennai for gathering people. After that, if unfortunately our profile in Naukri , we will get calls from that consultancies upto 10to 20. For 1 technology around 150 to 200 people come for that interview. They will take your resume along with photo , and will conduct interview after 3 to 4 hours waiting period.They have minimum panels for that interview and your day almost end by taking 200 members interviews.That to you dont know whether you selected or not.When you call to referred consultancy they dont any idea on your status.They will conduct interviews on only weekends almost All only on Saturday/Sunday. Cognizant HR ,they never call personally to resource. If you selected 2 rounds , you dont know really when they will call and inform.But I really wondered, how experienced people are joining in Cognizant ?.Is really they are taking candidates?. Why Cognizant is conducting fake interviews?. What profit they will get by conducting these fake interviews?.Please guys share your experiences here . Everyone should know about this.Thanks

Infra structure is good... Coffee and all the items are available... I feel cognizant Hyderabad people... Only called for fun.... I dont think dont have any intention to hire employees... I attended 2 times... Worst process in my life... Small company maintain records these hyd team worst nature... Dont waste your time on Saturday going to interviews cognizant... They dont hire... They are called for fun....

One of the worst companies Ive attended interview for. So much of delay in conducting rounds. Whatever ..u need to work on ur hiring process. Of course people who come for interview should be valued and not taken for granted. We were asked to wait for hours for nothing. Its a total waste of time and money travelling to organisations who take their employees for granted.

I had been to CTS on 9th July 2019 for an interview for the post of Team Lead, Facebook process.I was surprised to see there were no arrangements for the interview at the Location(Phoniex Avance).No place to sit. There were more than 50 people in the queue to take the interview passes.After waiting for 2 hrs from 3:30 pm -5: 30 pm when I asked for my pass the security guy Pankaj Saikia told me that interview pass request was not raised for me.It was a great surprise for me coz I got the CTS- invitation letter from the constancy a day before and the contact person was Prudvi Kanth Doddapaneni(Vnet:670804)He update my name and ph number at Building 12 A, Raheja Mindspace building and asked me to go to the Phoniex Avance. The contact person was Rithu Jain.Upon asking when can I get my interview pass Mr Pankaj Saikia who was at the reception said he can’t tell me how much time it will take and he gave me couple on ph number to call.I called those numbers however no one picked up the ph. When I asked him why can’t he call those numbers and check . He said he will not call .Somehow I managed to get the pass .People were standing in the queue since 2pm. In between Ms Rithu Jain came almost 10 times and she was telling people to leave coz they can’t arrange the interviews for these many people.I didn’t understand why did they send the interview invitation letters then .Finally at 6pm she realized that people who have attended the interview for the same position in last 6 months are not eligible for the interview.She would have told at 2pm when people were standing in the queue and swatting as there was no AC at that area.When I asked what is the cooling period 3months or 6 month.He was not sure about it . I never expected this kind of unprofessional answer from a manager.
