Great place to stay

The behavior of the staffs who manage the guest house is not upto the mark. The rooms are very good. But again a bit overpriced considering it to be a Govt. property. After seven nights the price for two persons sharing a room doubles to Rs 1800/-. Had to shift to a local hotel for our last two training days because of this. They should relax this rule at least for people staying there for genuine reasons.

One of the best CSIR Guest House that I happened to spent some good time.

This place is like a 5 star hotel! These guys provide you with great WiFi (for nerds- 6 Megabytes per second up and down, I said megaBYTES). The rooms are big and as one would assume, there is a split air conditioner. Whenever youre out you can turn on the signal of clean the room and housekeeping will come and clean it if youre out or theyll ask you if you want to get it cleaned now. The food is also great, theres a hotel/restaurant across the main highway (across from the main CCMB door) which has south indian food to die for.
