CCD LOVE FOR EVER

Full marks to the ambience of this ccd . 0 marks for the cleanliness. I have visited this place recently as expected most of the food items were not available..due to corona. Anyways..one guy was managing the store and he was doing a better job though he took a lot of time to prepare food but that is understandable. No lights in the bathroom..and ac was not working. Overall..average experience.

Nice cosy ambience. Food options have to be checked. I went there twice and in one of the occasions, there were hardly 1 or 2 food options.

As it is on the highway and little bit away from city the location is more suitable for visit. In our visit we had cappuccino and mocha which was good. And other starters which was ok. We loved the ambiance and the music while hang out, over all good experience with a bit higher bill.

I wish I could have given 0* for this store. When I have been here there is only one person at service desk who is taking care of taking orders making orders and table service. It is a clear sign that they are short on staff. Just to take an order of 5 cappuccino 4 samosa and an ice cream he took an hour out of which he missed to charge for 3 samosas so I had to stand at the counter and wait for him to charger and me handover me samosas. The person standing behind the counter has no sense no customer service ethics at all no Hai no hello which I believe to be very rude. I don’t suggest this store and will never come back. Thanks

Freaking disgusting place!! A ccd where they give water from tap 😡😡😡 I understand they might be running out of stock for bottled water but these guys fill water in used bottles. They dont even have bloody glasses to serve.

The cafe was awesome with great ambience. You should come here with friends for a great cup of coffee. The service offered was also good.

Im a regular customer to this Cafe Coffee Day... Even it attached to National High way u fell good ambiance when u step inside... Only problem is donno when the AC works properly... 🤷

Sufficient parking area. Fresh stock of products. Courteous staff, one of them is over enthusiastic & tries to sell you more. Most of the days I find this guy tolerable.. But sometimes very irritable.Washrooms are not upto the standards & needs to be clean thoroughly.

The best place if you are looking for a short break from driving (towards Mumbai) on the highway. Though the store is hard to notice from afar specially if driving at high speeds on the highway. Ample parking available. The air conditioning is one of the worst I have seen in a cafe. One of the problems I face everytime is with the payment methods as very few options are available. The staff is well trained but at times the store is understaffed.

The worst coffee day I have ever been too... No food options to eat, no white sugar available that too they told after serving, no small box of cookies, no breads available, above all no washroom serviceable.

Of late the quality of this place has gone down drastically its not fully stocked most odd the regular items are not available. The place is maintained clean and neat though and the restrooms also clean. Nice parking and good air conditioning

Very bad service... Ordered cafe frappe & dewils own. Delivered the same thing naming two different ones which didn’t even taste good and when asked about it, making some silly excuses. Can’t even make a good cappuccino

Located on the Mumbai NH 4 its a very nice place to have coffee . Its the best coffee of all time . Good place to go with family and friends . Its not pocket friendly You may have to spend a bit .

Really nice joint / cafe tucked right on NH-65 just besides BP petrol pump and near GITAM university campus.Ive been into the cafe so many times and one thing is for sure, if you are the alone ones then you have to specifically ask to switch ON the AC as they work without it and god knows how come they dont feel it suffocating with doors closed.Rest service is fine and quality is not bad either considering its one its own without any competition in a verrrry long range distanceTwo types of seating is present, outdoor which r less in number and more of smokers friendlyBut inside there are various kinds of seatings which is good. Inside ambience is also decentIf they can keep up the quality, its a nice place to hangout on weekends

This CCD is to worst. Because I faced a one issue on today, Issue is Billing amount is 435.rs but they debited 599.rs from card. After that i asked a bill for that ,they are saying,sir billing machine is not working & server is very slow something like that , system is not working properly .....all stories theyre telling. Even though,i waited almost 1hr to take my orders. At the end they reimburse my excess amount (cash) . Guys before you go to this place, or leaving this place please cross-check your amounts.

Im a coffee lover and liked almost every possible coffee available in CCD.This place really really deserves more than 5* for the location which its located. At the middle of the highway of nowhere you got this beauty.Apart from place the Ambiance is just awesome I really enjoyed with my cherry companion and had the best time.Its a perfect weekend getaway not too far from city but you feel the drive. Have some coffee with bites and words and the rest is the history.I would recommend too all my traveling friends and expedition romantic comrades this place is the best when monsoon hits.Washrooms are well maintained. Lovely staff( dont expect girl staff since its located outside city)I hope this review helps and enjoy the place ☺️
