Fastwebhost was a trusted provider till last year(2020) and we recommended it for many of our clients. The service and support was very good till that time. Last year ransomware hit their servers and they were unable to recover databases and many our our clients went in trouble. Never expected this from a responsible hosting provider.

Literally try to purchase because of professional and resposive staff and good quality expecting same service forever

Not reliable at all. My website kept failing every few weeks and they would say db permissions were changed. But would not say who changed and how it got changed. The support staff is responsive but only fix the issue temporarily and say its fixed now and dont bother about fixing the root cause so the issue keeps happening every few weeks. I got fed up and finally closed my account today.

Sir, My Ticket Id #4238 is still pending which was raised on 25th April 2020 @ 9:10 PM. Still not resolved... Kindly do the needful to cancel my invoice and Refund my money.. My problem was: I have paid the full amount of Rs.470.82 requested by the system for Domain transfer. After a day, you asked for an additional amount of Rs.188.80. There is no response why I should pay the additional amount. This is like cheating. I received two invoices, with same invoice ID, one saying I have paid and another saying Unpaid... Why so much errors????

We are facing many problem with this company and now thinking to change service provider as they are not responsible and lease bother about customer. Even they got paid they have suspended our services two times saying payment not paid bcoz of that our websites was down we inccured loss of $ 300 on campaigns

If we go with cheap service provider like Fastwebhost, then you need to understand you will get cheap service. They have useless server which goes down dozens of time in month and you will not come to know about it.. because you might have other work than checking the server is up or down.I have attached screen shot.. all the tabs are working fine except my website ... this is happening 8th time in June only. When you will call them , then they wil ask you to go with VPN or private sharing, rather sharing hosting.

This webhosting personnel will sell your phone number, email address, residential address, details to third party candidates and they will call you many times and say that they design websites for you. It is very irritating, these people are not professionals. They live on the money by sharing their customers personal email address, phone numbers, residential address, so on. Dont go for this webhosting.

Customer support is worst. Dont reply back. If we raise a question they simply say Let me check and we need to wait for hours for there reply. They dont follow basic etiquette in chat window.

They are not so fast as their name says. My website is down since morning and in the night at 8:00 PM they are asking me to raise a ticket. I dont know what kind of customer service is this. In the afternoon, i have explained everything to the support person Ashok who committed a callback however I have not received any call. At 8:00 PM, I have to follow up. Google should give an option of negative rating for such companies

I have complained so many times that cPanel and the WP is running slow but the issue has not been resolved till today. Nobody in the company takes the customer complaints seriously instead they say that it might be due to plugins. I have all genuine purchased and updated plugins which never caused any problem!!

I have been using Fastwebhost for the past couple of years and Ive been frustrated MANY times by the number of outages and that my website would be down for hours sometimes up to a day.This was the absolute worst thing that could happen for a hosting company and they pretended it didnt happen again.Their support is not the best always but at times they will give such a great support you will feel really good. Once it took few hours to fix an issue and sometimes they have no idea when it will be fixed.You should go with fastwebhost if you want to host few blogs with less traffic and less budget.
