Very very theft employees and staff as well as manager they really cheats customers if asks about bag they charge too much if customer asks they are ready to hit him vulgur talking my self I have taken shoes of only 300/- rupees for that they have not they have stafff including manger while billing they hit me vulgur talking called police and many really very bad mart please public think while going they tell offer but there is a actuall price and tell discount... public realise please and please...I have very bad situation with employees and management for only 300/- rupees were I asked for bag for item which I going to be taken there is no box of it also...you can see our public at store

V nice and less prices..RC Puram - D Mart is the best place to shop for everything. It is a 3floor building including ground floor. Though parking lot is congested, it is possible to park vehicles outside the gate along wider roadsides.It is heavily crowded mart through out the week, especially in the afternoon session. Morning till 2pm is the best time to shop here. Billing counter will not be crowded much.One must go through the manual checking to enter the mart. We are not supposed to carry bags inside, if needed they must be locked.Ground floor is meant for all kinds of grocery items. First floor is for clothing apparels. Second and topmost floor has household collections, kitchen appliances, toys section etc. Mart has lift facility as well as steps.All things available at reasonable prices. Good quality too. Billing counters are many but still crowded ones. Security staff thoroughly checks billed stuffs before leaving. It has ice-cream stall too at outside.

Groceries, packaged beverage and confectionary, garments, utensils and what not - household A to Z is available in huge varieties below one shade. Products are cost effective.Ground floor of three storeyed building keeps mainly food items, cleaners, papers etc. First floor stores mainly garments, whereas, top floor contains utensils. Employees service is good but can be improved. Although having huge area, it is stuffed with so many things that during peak hours it seems congested. Sometimes, it lacks enough space to walk side by side creating disgust for customers. More number of helpers should be employed to assist customers in finding their proper fit. Mens trial room in first floor is very small, dirty and less in number. Inadequate numbers of billing counters generates huge queue at the exit. Some of the card swiping machine do not function properly and billing gets delayed. Unavailablility of counters on first and second floor make unnecessary wait at the counters unavoidable. Huge space for parking is available but difficult to occupy on holiday evenings.There is no doubt on brand value, quality and quantity. But authority should provide proper service to ease buying. Customers comfort should not be negotiated at any cost. Crowd management system can be improved a lot.Overall, it deserves 4.1 star.

On exit there will be free distribution of lip balms on special days, I have collected twice on my shopping.I definitely refer every one for monthly purchase, but for single item its a time waste.Your budget will increase every month due to multiple items and options for less price.😜

D-Mart is a place to shop for great bargains. The awesome fact is, it opens at 7:00 AM every day. Making it great for those who dont like to shop in crowd and stand in frustratingly long queues to bill. Go early and enjoy great bargains.

Its not exceptional but its a good place to shop. Its got quite a lot of people shopping so take all general protective gear like masks, gloves etc. You should find quite a few generic products and many of the products on some sort of discount on the MRP. Make sure you bring your own bags for holding your purchases. Counter wait times vary from a couple mins to upto 15 mins most of the time. Returns on returnable items is very simple, underground parking is spacious and the ice cream available is a pretty neat deal. Not too bad tasting. If you want to shop in a budget, a good place to go.

D-Mart Management has to look in this Concern on priority basis, nevertheless customer satisfaction has to be prime motto. They are doing great in this lockdown, new timing is 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, you must wear mask or cover mouth and nose with hand kerchief, only one person from a family is allowed, kids under 12 years are not allowed into store, as of now only ground floor is open and you can buy only groceries or daily usable stuff, waiting time outside the store is very high nearly 1.5 to 2 hours due to social Distancing inside the store and you can’t stay much time in store also, prefer online app
