My entire trip with 14 days quarantine in Costa Rica who made my travel completely painless till I reached United States.

Very good experience booking ticket here. Was really helpful during COVID international travel ban , since I couldn’t get any tickets online. Though there was an extra charge on ticket, it’s fair as all it matters is to get a ticket on time and I could get the ticket for the same day.

Very bad experience. Worst bus service. They are thief, they transfer my luggage to another bus without even informing me, they are not going to destination also they told to take government bus and go. I have booked the ticket from hyderabad to toranagallu, but in bellary 35km before they told us to take government bus and go, bus will not go from here. After 1 hour they brought my luggage, when i told that i will do police complain then they bring my luggage. Fake rating, worst driver, worst travel agency.. and they are THIEF...CHOR HAI SAALE SAB.. I am posting this after a reply from the owner for my 2 star rating with out a written review. He simply claimed that I tried to book bus tickets and they sell flight tickets, also requested me to remove the review. I think this explains the seriousness they have towards customer satisfaction. And yes I was enquiring about flight tickets to US, I dont think bus goes that far.

I wasnt sure they are legit so went to their place before booking my ticket. It was hard finding the place cause it was located below the ground level after we enter the building. However they are pretty genuine, you can book tickets over call and pay them over internet. I recently booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Boston for which I felt I got the best price.I had a problem with airlines where they cancelled a connecting flight, and as it was on Saturday the customer care service was unavailable. BUT PSR travels was open they attended my calls late at night checked the status spoke to the airlines and got the problem fixed. Well thats everything I would look for in a travels company.

FRAUDSTER , CHEATER, SCAMMER.Dont ever book any ticket through PSR travels.He takes the whole amount and cancels the tickets without your authority and would not even bother to inform you.And there is no office in Malakpet near the Royal Enfield showroom as shown in the google.His company has been sued by Yatra.com for fraud.There are many cases filed against him in Malakpet Police station.And after many many calls from my side and many warning from the police, he finally gave the ticket amount which he had taken 2 months ago. I had to book a new ticket myself which costed me 40000 extra.Firstly he seems nice and sweet but a total con artist.He is such a manipulator and dont fall into his trap.

This is misleading.dropping point also bus will stop in middle of road as per driver convince not thing of travellers comfort and not thinking of luggages .If we ask they adement and afferently response go and complain to the management .Very abnoxoius behavior from both driver and attender.
