Name for this transport should not be National Travels , it should be Fraud travels. I booked ticked on 27 Sep for AC sleeper bus @9:00 pm @ 800 rs. Bus didn’t came at 9 pm when I checked they keep on saying in 10 minutes bus will come but not came. Finally at 11 pm bus came and that is non AC sleeper. When I asked about the bus they keep on saying this is the only bus if you want to go or not and money will not be refunded. While doing arguing they send 1 Tamil speaking person who is talking only in Tamil and I can’t under stand Tamil. This was frustrating situation for me and like me few more people were there.

Travelled from Chennai to Bangalore. They reached destination as per scheduled time. The berth was comfortable and spacious.

Since I couldn’t give 0 stars, i had to give 1 star to this worst travels.1. The owner, Prabhu who co-ordinated with us for the journey is such a fraud person and behaves very badly. He asked the drivers to stop in between and asked us more money than was accepted early.2. Drivers don’t know the routes and they will take 9-10 hrs for a 5 hr journey. They roam all over the city.3. The drivers drive very rash even though they reach the destination way beyond time.4. The bus condition was also very bad. Govt bus are far better than these.5. They don’t even have proper permit. We were stopped by RTO and the bus wasn’t allowed to move for almost an hour.6. Drivers won’t even have license with them.Pls never ever travel with National travels, you will get such a bad experience. It’s total waste of money. They are cheaters(Prabhu in Particular). Totally worthless and you wont have peace of mind as well.

No remote in the bus. Each time we call them different managers pick the call. Each one promise different package. After travel, during the time of payment they argue that the price they agreed was different, and demanding more money.Until we pay the advance the manger was polite. After paying the advance she was very rude.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....DONT EVER CHOOSE THIS TRAVELS.Manager called driver in the middle of travel and asked to stop the bus if we are not paying the remaining money immediately. They are demanding full payment in the middle of journey itself.Deserves less than 1 star.

I booked my bike from Chennai to Coimbatore on 9/1/20 but they forget to load my bike which have to be delivered on 10/1/20. But my bike not arrived next day and they promised by 11/1/20 my bike will arrive, but my bike arrived on 11/1/20 without my bike keys.Even my bike seems to be damaged ( 3 Dent )in petrol tank and front mudguard also cracked. Today 12/1/20 and its morning 9 am, my keys not arrived. What a bad service and if I asking something they keep on diverting to other members. Three days still i cant take my bike from this National transport and i ever seen such worst service from any other transportation. Hereafter i will not come again and i will advise others not to take This National Transport hereafter. Sorry to say very worst service. KPN is little higher but service is good

Picked up in a van..changed to bus@koyembedu Omni bus stop. Paying much around 1k but not giving proper response on call... No vehicle tracking... Only thing is drop is on time even pickup is late and bus is good

The only thing you can expect out of this travels is to reach the destination. No proper communication, very lethargic replies, they were lying to the customers complaining of traffic but they didnt bother cleaning the bus before boarding time. Very poorly maintained bus, hardly any A.C. no value for money. Would recommend spending the same money for a better bus.

They connect between multiple cities perhaps their busses are not to clean and not very well maintained. 3 stars for their number of fleet but less for their quality of Busses.

This travels cancelled the ticket without prior information and left the passenger on bus stop without picking. While passing the bus stop, it simply conveys without any responsibility. The passenger travelled all the way from Kuwait and suffered on road with luggage. Very waste company. Someone experiencing must join hands to sue this company. Irresponsible.

Really would have rated 0 star if would have got the option. Every user who can view this post..really should be aware of the service they provide. Had booked AC sleeper bus, but later told that the seat has been booked in some other name. Probably the seat was sold for higher price. Later I was given seat in semi sleeper bus that too in last row seat. Was promised refund for it, but didnt get rowpr response when contacted. Cheaters.. Poor customer service. Bus quality is good. Travel time expected from Bengaluru to Chennai is around 6 hours.. but it takes 8 hours for me. Buses doesnt maintain proper boarding time also.... Always late

Worst bus. Not clean at all. I traveled from chitode (erode) to Chennai. While I got on bus someone else was sleeping in my berth. When I asked the driver he said,wake that person and you occupy the berth. But how could I sleep on a berth where some stranger has used,i asked. The response was do you know who else slept on the berth before this trip. Disgusting. No cleanliness at all. No respect. Not following timing. Overall its a worst bus experience.

One of the highly in disciplined bus service i have come across. I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore thru MMT service. I was eagerly waiting in Koyambedu Jan 2019, the scheduled timing was 4:30 PM, but unitl 5PM there was no sign, so i called them, their reply took me by surprise, the operator cooly said we have cancelled the bus service 2 days back, check your email and sms. I checked both email and SMS, i didnt get any. Annoyed and frustrated, i called the MMT customer service, they put my call on hold and tried them, after 2 mins, they said we are sorry even we didnt get any response from them for cancellation, and they assured to escalate to the management to take action. They requested to book other bus and arrange the travel. Such a pathetic service from these guys, they dont even have courtesy to inform the passengers. I have decided not to use this service anymore and i have alerted all my colleagues and friends about this too.

The wroste service in private travels. I booked ticket through paytm from Chennai to Bangalore. My boarding point shollinganalur 10:30 PM. I reached to boarding point @10 PM . At 10 PM also I didnt get any notification from travels or third party app paytm like where is the bus ,what is the bus registration number. At 10:10 I called to driver and enquired about the bus .He replied bus is on the we will let u know and he cut the call. Ok , let it be will wait up to 10:30 then will call like that im thinking @ 10:30 I called him, I got surprised he said bus left the shollinganalur now it is in velechary and we canceling u r ticket..how careless and irresponsible fellow are there in that travel. The interesting thing here is when he crossed the velachary@10:30 PM means then he should left shollinganalur before 10 PM only.So guys, my sincere advice dont stuck u r self by choosing this kind of travels , because u wontget any proper response from them.Dont buy mental and physical disturbance by booking ticket in this travels.If there is chance to give minus rating definitely I will choose..it

Yesterday, (11.01.2019 )i booked an ticket for travel from chennai to madurai through this office from koyembedu booking office . The Departure date and time was mentioned as 11.01.2019, 21.15 hours. The bus ticket checking person (without proper checking and with full carelessness) made me enter into 21.05 hours, stating that this is your bus, in which you have to travel.The bus started at21.05 hours and after 25 minutes of travel, the bus driver came and told me that, you have boarded a wrong bus and he made me to get down at urapakkam bus stop. The bus driver also told me that ,there is no mistake on the part of them, regarding the wrong boarding of bus. After the exit from the bus in urappakam, I tried for help from the companys office through mobile. Inspite of several attempts, they didnt pick up the mobile. The drivers of the next incoming buses also didnt help me for getting a help from the booking office. Finally, i have lost Rs.1500 money and the mental irritation caused by the company is very high. I will not forget this incident throughout my life.

I am a senior citizen - traveled from Chennai to Bangaluru on 23rd January ( 10 a.m. bus) and it was not a pleasant experience. Persons answering the phones were curt and impatient. The conductor was even more rude and would not answer any query, accusing me constantly bothering him ( Not true- might have asked him at most twice to repeat where I should get down as I do nor know the city well.) One passenger poke on my behalf only to be cowed down. Please ensure that conductors deal with passengers, especially senior ones, with some courtesy.

Never ever try this bus service for your outstation trip. We booked this bus for our office refreshment trip to thekkady. We paid 55000 rs for 2 days trip.. 2 drivers given to us were completely spoiled our trip. He doesnt know how to drive a bus.. and the drivers are money motive.. they stopped the vehicle in between and said there was a problem in break.. after hearing the information from machanic ,bus was really in running condition but the drivers tried to get the money from us..

Not keeping the punctuality..Actual boarding time in tambaram was 11.15 pm but the bus came at 1 am and left perungalathur at 2 am and the driver promised it will directly go to madurai but they boarded passengers in between in trichy at 7.15 am and reached madurai at 9.30 am..want to say to all ,actually was standing in tambaram at 11.15 pm and reached madurai at 9.30 am.Travel time of 10 hrs 15 mins..Kind request to all never ever travel in national travels.

Staffs are not polite, pick-up is late, they will not stop bus even for short toilet. This is my first journey to this waste bus , dont know they may have more nonsense activities. I suggest the people to not travel this bus, they may put your life in trouble.And moreover, they kept pick-up location name with spelling mistake -Like for Citadines hotel, they mentioned as Citidenze and for Hyundai express, they mentioned as Hyundai show room. Such type of spelling mistake address will not show in google map and passenger will become confused. While calling to given contact number in ticket, they will not response and will disconnect the phone.Overall I would say, National travel is worst and bogus travel.

I was having mixed experience with the travels. At last minute Ive got the travels. Staffs werent good at all and they will stop the bus for each and every bus stop for the passengers to fill the seats.(I took the Banglore bus, Though they didnt made the reservations) seats werent spacious at all. The only good thing about the bus was there were unbuild USB charging port available, 4 Stars only for the life saver otherwise I wouldve been at trouble at the midnight without batter backup. I even called their office but the person there hung up the phone in the middle of the phonecall. Please dont book your tickets here. Worst drivers and wosrt transport spoiled the whole trip.---> Bus Late by 3 hrs.We booked a bus for our office resfreshment Trip chennai to thekkady.We told them that the bus must in our office by 6.30pm. we called the transport office to know the whereabouts of the bus., They said bus is already on the way, it will reach in time. But the bus reached us by 9.30pm (late by 3hrs). And finally we started by 10pm.-->Short visit to Lord Yematharma:We reached thekkady next day morning 8am.The main gate of the resort is average size bus can be driven in but our bus driver struggled for 1 hr and lost his hope taking the bus inside the resort. So we took our bags and started walking. Walking half a kilometer is not that bad. Got settled in the resort and had great time there.By 3pm, went to a view point near and while returning back the bus studdenly stop in the middle of the HairPin bent and its dark everywhere. For a sec the driver showed us lord Yematharma. Some of us got down and put stone blocks and blocked the bus movement. We barely manged escaped it. The driver casually replied that he did not expect that is an hairpin bend. There came the next trial, driver got took right though the google map showed left turn. He drove the bus around 5km and took a U turn, got set in right path.-->The Next AtrocitiesNext day and last day of the trip, we have to checkout by 10. So we got ready and call the bus driver to inform him that we will start in 10 min. That time only driver is telling that we have problem with breaks and we have to chexk with a mechanic. We contacted the transport office manger, he said that when we sent the bus it is in good condition, so nothing to worry. Its a about 30 people life., We did mot want to risk ourself and called the mechanic. There was a minor problem in air break. Half of the day is already lost. Also we havent done check out yet in the resort.With these two fake drivers reaching home safely become our first priority so decided to return chennai. The driver started the bus drove around 5 km again and made a U turn. Ada paavi driver., You could have taken this U turn in Resort itself was our mind voice then. Since its our life matter we didnt want to irritate the driver. We safely climed down the hill and reached NH bypass road. I could tell.that he never crossed 40-50 km/hr speed throughtout the journey.The drivers:There were two drivers who dont know drive, check map, no sense at all. Recently I booked this travels for my aged parents after making boarding point as Urappakkam (As per booking website, it is one of boarding point). My family arrived the bus stop in advance and called up the bus drive about the pickup status and he told that he could stop at there. But the bus was not stopped there and my parent taken alternative arrangement after that. There is no negative star that is given for this travels. Requesting this operator should first get training from other bus operators like SRM on customer expectation, educating the driver on their role & responsibilities. Bus got delayed from Chennai to bangalore for which they did not coordinated with the US and did not informed the bus which we had to take from bangalore. They kept us wait for another 2 hrs to take next bus which they again dropped us late at Mumbai..Pls do not take this bus service rather take srs travel.

Worst experience!!! They said the bus went for service and asked me to come in Ola to tambaram... I booked bus from shollinganallur since I had kid... They also informed me that they all refund the Ola amount.. but din do that.. also they informed me this change in schedule by 9 when my bus timings is 10.. finally we boarded bus at tambaram by 11.45 having a kid... Then they changed seat too.. they gave last seat.. they din refund my Ola money.. on the whole is was the worst ever experience in my life!!! Delayed pick up by 35 mins and delayed drop by 1.5 hours. no response to my calls when tried reaching them to know their arrival time. my drop point was salem but due to the delay, asked them to drop me a few kms away from salem on their way to Coimbatore. the driver yelled at me and said they wont stop anywhere other than the stop (though it was only on the highway we requested to stop). their delay caused an urgency for me to reach my destination as we had to take an auto for rs.450. seat quality is also bad. U will slip off ur seat when they brake. rash driving as well. never go to them.

This company needs to be taken to business malpractice court or the drivers need to be reported to the police. I have had 2 bad incidents with them which Ive tried to explain below.1) travelling with 4 year old son in sleeper chennai to bengaluruMy son urgently needed to urinate. I went to the driver and politely asked to stop. He said it would take at least half an hour and that it was not possible immediately. Since it was urgent, I pleaded with him. He was still refusing. I finally lost my patience and started to argue with him and ordered him to stop. This is a health issue and a 4 year old child cant be expected to forcefully restrain his bladder if it is full. The driver and his helper buddies were condescendingly telling my me to be polite and not lose my temper. I demanded that they stop, it did not help. Some other kid (who was dark skinned unlike me and my son) came there and also asked to stop. The driver and his cronies finally stopped and acted smug, as if to suggest they would stop for a dark skinned Dalit boy but not an educated fair skinned person like me. They were clearly inducing their social indignations into the situation. I ignored it and had my son urinate. I returned to the bus and gave the driver a piece of my mind again and returned to my seat. Some other passengers appreciated my standing up to them, apparently they had tried and failed.When we got down at Kalasipalya in Bangalore, the dirty rotten bastard of a bus driver purposely started the bus and pulled off abruptly as we were walking past the side of the bus, almost hitting my son and I.These are the kind of people this rotten bus company hires. They are dangerous, lazy, arrogant and indignant.2) bengaluru to chennai 3 hour delayDespite the bad experience I took National bus again out of desperation and forgetfulness. Big mistake. They picked me up 20 mins late from Anand Rao circle. They took me to Madiwala and made me wait for 2.5 hours for the bus out on the street. Bus finally arrived at 2 am. Waste of Rs 1000.

Never had a worse experience.missed out other reviews before booking. Had to book ticket as this was the only one option available. Dont ever go for this travels even if you dont have any other option. First of all they dont respond to queries on phone and are unbelievably rude even if they do. They dont maintain time and worse dont drop you at the stopping they initially informed. My ride is waiting at the predestined stop and these guys have dropped me off at some god forsaken place outside the city, as the bus is running late..

I once went in this bus from chennai to udumalpet(25th night I left from chennai). It was mentioned that the destination will be reached @ 6am but we reached by 9am. They had more parcels in their bus, so they stopped @ trichy, dindigul. In dindigul, the bus was halted for 30 minutes. Passengers were frustrated and they begin to scold the driver. He said he needs to unload the luggage @ ottanchatiram, udumalpet but, we passengers didnt allow him as it is already late. So that we reached by 9, or else it would have been still delayed.If your taking this bus, call and confirm whether it will reach on time.If ur not bothered about time then this bus is OK.I went in seater, the seat was Good. Bus was well maintained.

I boarded from hosur for Chennai with advance tickets through one of their offices/agent in hosur. I was traveling with my bike (in luggage) and other luggage. Now first they denied to carry the bike on the day of traveling after pressurizing they agreed but now without giving a seat in the bus which was adjusted in some other bus. Now in Chennai they kept my bike with keys to some autowalla and I had to pay 200 Rs extra for my bike..when I ask the concerned person he started abusing me..this is the worst bus experience I had.

Booked chennai to bgl on 5th sep. Bus was supposed to be there @ 10:10 it came @ 10:45. Best part was both the contact numbers were either switched off or the person on the other end was cutting the call. Called Redbus customer care - couldnt also help. Finally by the time I could reach National travels head office number the bus had come.

Very worst service and I have never travelled like this ever before. Recently I have travelled from Pollachi to Chennai and the bus started at 7.20PM and reached Chennai at 7.45PM. Then I realized the reason being to fill in the entire seats it went to Palani, Thindukkal routes. I believe the bus passenger capacity is 22 but the driver overloaded to 24/25 where the additional passengers are requested to sit/lie down on the bus floor. Then I went and asked for when the bus will reach Chennai and for that the co-bus driver was given with a harsh reply. He said that I cannot answer this question and with a rude face he said that these kind of questions should not be asked to the driver. He rudely asked me to go back to my seat but I stayed there for a minute and then he throwed his pad where he maintains the passenger list to the bus dashboard and got up to fight with me. I then gave up and come back as I was boarded with my family. So please dont prefer National travels if at all you plan to go. I can give .5 start but the app is not allowing to post until I select atleast one star :(

While travelling in National Travels, bus met with a minor accident (it may happen) near Chengalpattu. But the bus has been put on halt for morethan 3 hours near police station with lots of mosquito bites. The bus management has not taken single stop to arrange alternate. Passengers has call many times to the bus management, they just replied what we can do? just wait

Very very very very worst travels...really i hate the travels...no care of passengers....no pre-intimation...incase if we fail to catch the bus they saying simplytry another travels.....they wont maintain the timing....but we have to be in time...bad travels dont travel in national....

Not have time plunctualy,it is again experience after 10years,in my maidan travelling experienced lot and stopped the travelling in National Travels .They given schedule 11.45am but till 3.35pm vehicle not came to passenger pick up.

It is more than worst,they are the best cheaters in the world,I request people to donot get cheated by low fares and suffer the journey

Booked bus from Chennai to hosur .....Pick up delay for 3 hrs ...very worst customer service ...bus operator number not reachable..we stand at roadfor 3.30 hrs....My first and last travel in national travels....Dont recommend this travel service ...
