Applied for birth certificate for name correction submitted through mee seva and also submitted manually but till now I didnt receive. It been long 3 months...

Updating the birth records is not happening in time.Birth Records of October and 8th December were not updated till 6th Jan. Simply they are diverting every one to use the Mee seva facility.. especially Serilingampally south GHMC office

Beware of guard there. He is in 50s and sits without uniform. He is kind of corrupted . He will not let you in without anything. He also doesnt wear any mask.He also gives wrong informationOfficials please take action against people atleast make community corruption free

Employee gives contact of brokers.. they need extra money.I visited for property tax name change.. that lady gave contact of broker. She doesnt respond to any questions.You dont even know who is employee or who is broker..Below document has list of items checked for property tax name change...

Not able to find entrance

Clean place but staff there dont follow their working hours. I went there for birth certificate but then waited their for 3 hour only to know required staff is gone to other place & will not becoming here. Other staff with birth certificates forms was incapable of doing thing & ideling(doing nothing) for whole 3hours I was there.And ofcourse arrogant people.

Submitted documents for death certificate one month ago but no response from authorities...visited 3 times but no inspection for verification done yet, staff is irresponsible. Highly disappointed.

Staffs are good but response time is less, this office staffs are not talking in English this makes little tough for non Telugu speaking person who visit for their house related questions

Last month I submitted all the documents for generating a new PTIN number to pay property tax. My father visited today and the officer and his subordinate demand a bribe of Rs 15000 just to generate PTIN number. Could someone help me in filing an official complaint? I know names and phone numbers of the employees.

Very disappointed.. They are not checking document properly and doing new entry with many mistakes.. Like other properly to on other name. I went to office many time and given application for name correction. But... No luck... Not sure to whom should we meet for these problem...!

Was waiting there for certificate along with few other students and public but the officers were most irresponsive not even the clerk is giving proper answer for any query .Is this what a bangaru telangana mean and how piblic get treated .

Disappointed by the service provided by them. I went to health and sanitation department.Firstly staff and AMOH was not polite, when we go in for correction, they said why are u here we are doing official discussions. As if I was there for some other work.Secondly cost for correcting name in birth certificate cost me around 1000 + 4 visits to GHMC. Then they not only modify the correction they remove the city name from place of birth. When asked question why city name was removed? They asked to again go through the entire process of certification correction.These guys behave as if they are doing a favor on us. But should remember they are doing their job.

I need some info..i want to give a complaint regarding the stray dogs opposite to krystal garden function hall lingampally .almost 15dogs just rest there...pls take some action before any incident happen....and thrice i have used that road.and was shocked what if they suddenly attack on any person....pls take this into consideration....

GHMC Serlingampalli office is very well maintained. Plenty of tree cover and clean and spacious surroundings. Car parking is very easy ad there is dedicated space once you get into the main gate. This is very unlike the cramped and dungeon like GHMC office in the main city.I went there to apply for property assessment. Staff was polite and responsive to my queries. There is also a Xerox and internet center on opposite side of road which is helpful.

I am resident of sham nagar, Gachibowli. We have been complaining about twice weekly overflow of drainage since months. Due to this drainage overflow, theres been lot of mosquities leading to illness. Many kids and elderly are falling sick. No action has been taken after repeated complaints. Fogging and mosquito pest control has been done years back. Please consider my request and take action as soon as possible by fogging and repairing drainages.
