Worst service, I gave them 2 fabrics for kurtis and I fabric for blouse, I was expecting that someone will come take my measurements and pickup my fabrics but to my surprise the person who came said he is only for pickup. I immediately texted the lady who called me asking what abt measurements,she didn’t reply even after seeing the msg..after two days she sent me a list,asking wat all measurements she needed, I tried my best to take my own measurements and send it to them, wen they didn’t call back I myself called them up saying how I wanted my dresses to be,she said she is noting it down..after 3days I received my dresses without even informing me that they weredelivering it.. I was shocked to see that none of my instructions were followed,they removed the banaras border of my blouse without even asking me,the saree costs 20k which got spoiled and all the measurements were wrng one dress was loose while the other was tight..after 6pickups and drops finally they corrected only one top while the other kurti and blouse is still tight..their tailors are so worst that even after giving measurement blouse they didn’t even check before dispatch and sent the blouse without altering to my measurements..staff doesn’t coordinate well,very careless and they don’t reply to msgs..every time a different person will call u creating confusions..still my blouse and kurti is not fixed but still I paid them because I’m fed up with them after explaining again and again and still not getting it done.. I just wanted to get rid of them..so now I should pay extra and get my clothes fixed from my tailor.. if they would have told me at first that they don’t come and take measurements and we should send them, I would have never given them and wasted my money and time..I’m a doctor and a new mom who is already stressed with work and baby still had to deal with these ppl for almost 2months just for 2kurthis and blouse, will definitely won’t recommend them to anyone.Edit- answer to your reply- For ur kind information I delayed the pickup after one month, which was after multiple pickups!! And ur staff never mentioned at the first place that u don’t come and take measurements and customer needs to send it, if I knew this I would have never choosen you.

Not satisfied at all! The crop top keeps dropping of the shoulder. The skirt doesnt have a proper fastener. The fit over all is average. Have given a saree to make a box pleat skirt and crop top. What they delivered was totally different, even after continuous follow up with the master and production co ordinator.The delivery updates are too not apt. Have to keep calling them to check on the delivery update.Had high expectations from this. But ive turned out to be a disappointed customer.
