This was my first experience with Kora and I almost ended up buying all my wedding outfits from Kora.They had huge collection of suits , sherwani and shirts .Even though it was virtual shopping at first they have been very friendly and helpful , customized everything for me as I asked .Special thanks to Siddiq for making sure in delivering everything as promised.

My bro did his Wedding garments here few months ago, Now visited Again for my Engagement, store is more that i expected with Range for mens. went for late shopping they helped for Eme custom products, we were ready to order a outfit, but the person dealing us & there designer insisted us to see the sample first. they gave a small sample on our choice color work, it was not that good diff than expected so we conformed as if the product & proceed, the outfit came with few fit issue, after 2 fittings its perfect and i loved it . writing this bec, wedding out fits are memories, will be very confused.. service will be given by everyone but making us feel comfortable & shop is best thing any one should do.. i like this store & team. i would prefer this store for my circle for sure. thank you dudes.

I had ordered a tuxedo for my son on 2/7/21 order no.81851 the schedule trail was on 12/7/ and final delivery on 15/7/ . The tuxedo was ordered for the occasion Ring ceremony which is scheduled on 18/7/21 on the trail day i.e. on 13/7/ there was a some little alterations in the tuxedo coat and waist coat but the tuxedos trouser stitched looked completely hopeless which they promised to alter and they asked to come back after 2 days to trail again. Yesterday I went with my son for the trail ,the tuxedo coat and waist were done ok but the trouser was again the same hopeless I was very disappointed with that as the ceremony was nearing . But still they promised that they will do the needful the next day i.e. 16/7/ but to my extreme dissappoint they handed over me the trouser fabric and asked us to get it stitched outside. In such a short notice who will do that . Iam very much upset with this behaviour specially the girl who looked into this @ Hema . She behaved as if she is doing a favour to me giving the trouser fabric . I feel such reputed firms needs more better persons and handle things more responsibly.

The people working there have a lot of communication gap, and have no clue whats going on in their own store. They change the colour of the cloth and as well as the material and dont tell us about it . Their tailors are very inexperienced. I gave my kurta for alteration 3 times but they still couldnt make it right. Everytime a different tailor comes and ruins it everytime. What they charge is not at all worth it.We paid the full amount but still didnt take it.They call us to their store everytime to just waste our time and promise that they will make it right the next time but they dont. Im disgusted by their work.

Having top class dressing but very high cost

These people have no experience in handling customer orders and they charge exceptionally high to what they give..Dont ever choose them for your wedding outfits..Theyl ruin your outfits like anything..Theyl promise you all while taking order and after a month at the time of delivery theyl give half of the items and that too theyl change the fabric and color both to what they have shown to you...and act as if nothing is wrong..Theyl pretend as if nothing is changed and later upon talking to the design team and all they have committed that cheaper fabric is used and color has changed..These guys have spoiled my wedding outfit and my day like anytg and because of no time left for the wedding i had to take it though i dint like..All the team they have is totally irresponsible and even upon reminding them from time to time they missed parts of my order and later they say we cannot do anything..Worst experience ever..
