My iPhone got struck after I updated IOS. I have approached miss Swathi Ashok Nagar Branch through Google. She responded professionally and my iPhone is back normal. After a day of usage it got frozen and I contacted Swathi again. Mr.Hari Krishna assured me refund if the problem is not rectified. One fine day I received a call to collect my iPhone. Since then my iPhone is so so smooth.Even though they took lot of time and money final result made me extremely happy. Expensive but totally worthy. I thank Miss. I have called to their Ashok nagar Branch. to check the service charges for my i phone 7. Because i stay in Rajendernagar (far away ). one of the staff who talked to me on the phone saying that sir Don`t come from long distance and suddenly disconnect the phone call they way is talking is very rude. it shows that he is not at all interested in Customer service and give Business or Develop to the company. i have never expected this kind of rude talking from CMS Staff.

Cheaters,They rob original battery and replace very cheap screen and charge more amount.

I had been there to fix my iPhone 5 Power and Volume button. At first they told me that only the Power button can be fixed and the cost would be 2600.Since I felt it was outside by budget I decided not to get the repair done. However, the customer service is very friendly and they managed to fix both the power and volume button for 1500 with a 11 month warranty.I had to visit them multiple times to follow up on what was happening and was a little worried too. But at the end, I am happy that the phone is in perfect condition.

Better one and their technical information is very useful. Generally, once the service is done the other service Centers are not give in time service and not even response. But these cms Ashoknagar branch team was not like that, before and after service response was same. This is the great point in them.

Please please dont go... I am sure they might have sold off my mobile in seconds... BEWARE!!!!Initiallyhe faulty instrument, they will say its only service charges, but to your surprise, you will get a huge bill, which is like obligation to pay and take your instrument back. OMG!! Hi Friends, I had a pretty bad experience after giving my iphone5s in the CMS Ashoknagar branch. When i went to CMS they had diagnosed the mobile and said that there was a problem in the charging IC and they replaced the complete IC strip with battery and charged a whopping Rs.6000/-. After some days it worked well, one day it fell from a feet height and no physical buttons were working from then. When i contacted the CMS they were saying that it is not their responsibility. I am pretty much sure that they had changed all the original parts of my iphone5s to local ones. Please dont go to CMS especially Ashok Nagar brach.

I think its the worst service centre in entire Hyderabad. I went to solve my hanged out problem of iPhone 4S which was just struck once in its entire lifetime. I gave phone for detecting the problem for ₹350. When I went there for phone the next day, a lady responsible in the shop came and said it was short-circuited. And any repair costs ₹6000 with a 50-50 chance. I have no money so asked her to return phone. They gave it but it was morphed with another panel in front. I was so suspicious about the inner machine whether it is really mine or they manipulated. I asked them about that they respond in a awful way. Still I was so suspicious of my phone. So I went to apex service centre and gave phone. They said we wont repair the phones which were already opened. These CMS fellows havent said about that thing to me. When I gave the phone first. Later I went to Apstore of Banjara Hills and gave phone. He said your display register of the phone was missing in it, and questioned me where you gave the earlier? I was shocked to listen to him and he showed me the missing part in the phone and compared with the other phone for proof. Unfortunately my phone is not working even after display register was placed. He said it needs new motherboard which costs around ₹7000. And suggested me to go for new phone rather having repair which has just 3 months warranty. He also detected battery of its working and said it was not working. You also need to change battery. These CMS fellows said me your battery is working well. I surely can say that they changed the inner machine of my phone and they are just hiding it from me. It is nothing but official robbery. I request you not to go to CMS if you love your phone. Go to the place where u have bought or to an authorised reseller.

Good EveningOn Friday (22.04.2016) I visited CMS Service Center to get my I phone 4 repairs (Back Panel Breakage).I waited for only 2 minutes over there, in a next minute they gave my phone back with a neat look. I was just surprised by their amazing speed and service.I suggested one of friends to get his I Phone 5s (Battery Bulge) Repair.he was telling me the same experience what I had with them. he too felt happy with CMS Service--Thanks You CMS.

Hi frnds dont go CMS service ...worst service center i ever seen....they dont know nothing. but they will say like they know every... i gave my iphone 5 in cms i have my iphone button problem. but they said we need to check all see i said button problem but they r saying we will check every thing. after they said they will call me after 3 hours but didnt get any call my self called to them after 4 hours. then se said button problem and telling high price. i went to other apple main service center they. they opened u r mobile and they damaged it.. bloody CMS cheaters.....dont go to CMS...

Fabulous and outstanding are the words i can coin them instantly. I am short of the words. When dedicated service centre of iphone was not able to attend my complaint and suggested me to replace the mother board of my iphone4, CMS with minimal replacements and expenditure, these people made my iphone look like a new one and is working fine.

My ipad glass was broken and i searched for lot of service centers in Hyderabad but did not get proper response or service.Even i had contacted Authorized Apple Service center Apptronix near Jubilee hills, The response we got from them is there is nothing can be done with the screen i need to go for replacement of the product.Later i visited CMS for service of my Ipad touch for broken glass, This is my 2nd visit to CMS, as expected the issue got resolved and got my ipad touch glass replaced here in CMS in one day. They put a duplicate battery on my iPhone 6.I initially thought that this is apple authorized service centre so i went here they put a duplicate battery on my phone did not inform me about it.Now my phone gets heated up every now and then the battery suddenly dies off and the phone is damn slow.I went to them with my phone and they showed me a blind eye and the worst part is that i cant even get a new battery on it due to apple authenticity issues and cant even exchange it for a new one.
