West Side is located in As Rao Nagar. The store looked like celebrities come there to makes worth while purchases, however, for me it looked a little too dull. There were no Christmas decorations, atleast i didnt see any and there were only two floors so i think i do. The crowd seemed a little less for a beautiful store like this. It was just a well maintained, clean and crystal looking place but i felt like it didnt have a heart to it. The staffs were doing there job well but they also seemed a little underhanded. But you know what i really liked, the entrance door. The automatic opening of the door had more welcoming character than the entire infrastructure. Hence, overall, it was an experience that i think i needed to realize that this store wasnt for everyone, but could be. So thats why its only a 3 star for now.

Had to step in for an unplanned shopping. Very nice to see a good collection of clothing. Loved them all. Good place to get good stuff in reasonable budget.

Nice store for up to date forward fashions for guys and girls alike....pocket friendly prices and theyve made the layouts really easy to shop the different styles, selection and sizes....easy to navigate to just what you want here. And, if youre looking for the basics or something last minute you can totally find something in a pinch.

Service good, wide range of clothes that fit indian women. Lousy billing. Their servers are slow. And they insult your intelligence as to paying by cards. Half an hour lost at the delay in billing. And seriously the store needs to have better billing staff

Westside was nice and impressive as ever. Although I dont know about the sanitation in there. I highly suggest there to be a dis - infectants in changing rooms so that before and after people try on clothes, they can spray it. That would be safer and better for the society.

Staffs are very good and very helpful... ground floor and 1st floor for women and 2nd floor for men...... its just on road so its very helpful for quick visit ... experience was very good..... keep it up

Much to be desired from a TATA Enterprise.The collection is limited and repeatative in different colours. The range of clothing is also not extensive.

Its a good place , the place has a normal and very limited collection.And mostly sizes are available upto M(medium) sometimes upto L(large).If ur using greater than that, then its really hard to find the collection that u like. And atlast u will be disappointed

The clothes are great, you generally get a little discount if you take membership, and you get a special offer in your birthday month. The clothes quality and the variety is outstanding compared to the other stores ( I am comparing to unlimited, big bazaar, and brand factory- they have great clothes too but we need to search a lot, in Westside most of the clothes are pretty good looking.)

Horrible billing process, escalator running at very high speed, childrens were playing on the escalator, staff least bothered to look for safety issues. Billing clerk not wearing face mask properly, she is keeping dresses on the bill desk surface where footwear were kept previously and same was not sanitized. No hand washing after handling currency , and clothes. Dont visit the place .

I will always shop at Westside where its present, I find them reasonably priced, excellent products, great fit for the entire family. Latest fashion trends, suitable for all ages. Am glad one opened near my home, making it ever so convenient for me.

Ambience is good and dresses available were good and affordable, but the collection was very small. Shopping for men is of no use here unless you want to look at the couple of cool shirts they have. They definitely need to increase the collection.

The worst store. Zero professionalism. No one is there to address ur issues. They tried to cheat me by mixing my already bought jeans, which i gave for alteration, in merchandise kept for sale. I was literally tortured by them. Dont go to the store and get cheated.

Westside store at AS Raonagar offers a wide variety of items to choose from including articles for women. The quality is good and the goods possess a certain basic elegance. A good place to start if looking for occassion or routine wear.

Thus particular store is poorly stocked. The female attendant at ladies fitting room was totally unaware of the procedures. The guy at ground floor billing, Srikant, was good

Ive always been an ardent fan of Westside. Visited the ASRao nagar branch today. Everything seemed good but when we could not redeem our Citi bank points which we always could do at the other branches. We were told at the counter, after a couple of attempts that it is not possible in this branch as it is not a big branch. Was surprised how different branches could differ in its policies considering its the same brand. Would appreciate if the management could look into it and fix this.

Lot many varieties to try on. Clothes I bought there are still great to wear even after many wash.

I shopped at west side on Sep 21 07:58 pm. I picked two clothes went for billing. Just before getting my credit card swiped, I told the sales officer (as per the badge the representative wore) that I would like to take one of those out. She immediately replied that billing is done, and nothing can be done now. I immediately asked her - How come the billing was done with out my credit swiped or cash paid. With out any expression, and no further reply, she immediately billed just the one product. This employees split second decision to take chance on denying my request what I have asked, and trying to pull a cheap trick have led me to believe that westside probably has not trained their staff (especially their sales officers) enough. I will continue shopping at westside but will keep this incident /attitude of such an employee of theirs in mind. My intention here is not to shame westside or their employee, but for them to train their staff appropriately on customer service. I seriously felt the sales officer could have behaved with a sense of customer service, atleast an apology when I made her realize her mistake.

Westside should seriously think about the collections, hardly have 3 to 4 options to choose from.
