They dont have a professional procedure of customer service. They are the official service centre for Dell, but I felt like I went to a road side electrician. No service request ID, no accountability to Dell and no acknowledgement email. I didnt feel any flavour of a Dell Authorised Service Centre.
Do not understand, how dell company has recruited him as authorised service centre. Instead of Dell service centre name board, he has displayed one plus service centre name board, more over laptop service engineer is also not available, when I have visited. Disappointed.
