ENQUIRED about change of ADDRESS. Staff responded POSITIVELY.

Went twice for adhar update, everytime they take 1 hr just to connect.. Staff need to update themselves and one standard answer -- we are unable to connect to server .. Please dont got for aadhar update.

Worst Service and worst response. I have gone to aubmit a document. They are absolutely sitting idle and telling that it cant be done aa they are very busy and asking to come after 2-3 weeks. And suggesting to visit Dilsukhnagar or any other e-Seva. I have visited Dilsukhnagar e-Seva too. They are also the same kind. All these e-Seva kendras are waste. Dont know Why do government maintain such kinds of e-Sevas literally to trouble the common people. Never go to E-Sevas. I wasted 2-3 days going here and there. But no one did it. Asking to come some other day. Some after weeks and some asked me to come next month.

Unbelievable prompt service experience. Cant believe of such things can happen so fast in Govt.organisation.
