Guys one request , please dont blame recruiting team or hiring process you may get tired while going for interview many times but people who are there to go for interview for many times still there so guys please make sure the comments which you are posting will really faced or is there any miss communication please check twice and post the comments because of your comments most of the people will not attend the interview they will miss the chance , every time hiring team will not do the same mistake if they do they are not into right role so i believe every one is understood so keep that we are job seekers so keep calm and attend interviews will get good opportunity for sure, opportunities are more but people are less because of negative comments so keep post all the good comments and we all get opportunities not only here any where so all the best hoping well soon in every job seeker.

Worst experience I ever faced in my life. Interview process is horrible. after finishing of 2 technical rounds they conducted HR round .HR told that there will be a client round once it is done we will release you offer letter and he also congratulated me for being a part of tetrasoft. In technical discussion they told we have urgent requirement we are looking for candidates who can join with in 1 month i agreed for that also.so, i took release from my project in the current organisation and waited for almost 20 days no call & update from them.So, Finally I only called them. THEY TOLD LIKE WE CLOSED THE POSITIONS now we dont have any requirement in future we will contact you. As of now we kept u on hold . this is the way they conduct interviews. In every company after finishing of manger rounds & client rounds they will conduct HR Round but everything is reverse here.So many people faced the same experience like I faced here. My humble request to everyone is dont go for this company even for interviews also simply wasting your valuable time.

Most unprofessional company in IT industry. Non-CMMI level or standards.Key Points:1. Hire freshers for peanuts2. Make them sign 3 years bond and keep all educational certificates.3. Office is like a typical call center with improper sittings for employees.4. Management tries to exploit as much as possible from employees.5. Hardly any good long term projects.6. Full of regional politics and caste feelings.7. No proper PF or salary structure.8. Pathetic HR policies.9. False promises given to innocent applicants.10. Located in a building outside SEZ.Note: Please check Glass-door and other comments from ex-employees for reviews. All positive comments are fake. Only employee who suffered will speak and write the truth to the world.Please avoid joining this company and look for great future elsewhere.

Not a good campus that an IT office deserve... 4 rounds of interview too much...800+ employees only..but seems like learning will be good..transpersnt hr policy.

Today, I went for an interview, but, interviewed person has uninterested and asked unnecessarily deeper questions. Irritated conversation with those informal technical questions. He is not even reviewed my resume completely.

Very bad experience with this company. Worst Hiring process, they have a feasibility of making dynamic changes in the interview process. Dont believe if they say initially, that interview process contains 2 rounds or 3 rounds of interview. They wont follow any process in hiring a candidate.Most unprofessional people i have ever met in my IT career who tells us to recharge our mobile with INR 500 to make International calls to attend interview.They wont take it if we give any negative comments on their process.I have denied to attend the final round of interview.Finally, I am never gonna suggest or recommend to any of my mates untilplanned and smooth procedures are followed in the hiring process.Forcibly, I need to give a 1 star to post it!Adding to your comments:::Hello, I am hatred of your process not your company. That is what i mentioned you wont take any negative feedback. Even recruiter was not aware of it in how to process a candidature.Initially, your recruiter said that all rounds will be completed in a day. After that they changed their mindset and told me to leave after 1 round. Hope they remember, again they called me and requested to attend 2nd time to office for 2nd round I patiently attended. Third round HR was also done.what i have received in return? who! in this world will schedule another round of interview after HR round (salary discussion). Name one company please.I have already mentioned why i said i wont attend your company 3 rd time to attend 4 th round (client round). Is it making sense? No company will ever ever call candidate 3 rd time to attend interview at their office.Rethink once for resolution of negative comments you got in the glassdoor. Counter attacking with comments wont take you anywhere. Have some sense to value employees time. Dont try to warn or make afraid by saying you have mail proofs. Even I do have. I can proceed Legally.

Nonsense, no time management nothing. They scheduled interview and make u wait for 3 hours as if everyone is free . Weekend Spoiler
