All freshers dont join this company, there is no job security. They are hiring people without projects keeping idle and within 15 days or month with silly reasons terminating. Instead of wasting your time expenses & later disappointing better avoid this.

One of the WORST COMPANIES IN HYDERABAD.This is one of the ex employee in that company and Im telling you guys Ive suffered a lot over there. I worked there for 3 months and these people havent paid me the full salary they paid me only salary for the 20 days out of 89 days. When I went ahead and asked Senior HR Vijay he just told me that you wouldnt be getting that. I asked why and he was like I dont want to tell and Ive asked him when will I get if this is the senario he told me that maybe after 2 months and Ive asked them for ASSURANCE he was like I cannot give you any assurance. And he told me that he wont pay a single penny I told him Im gonna report this to the MD Vijaya Lakshmi he was like do what you want Im least bothered. When I went inside to meet MD she just simply told me to get out. I dont think people should be getting treated in this way.Also there are couple points which I want to mention over here.There will be no proper week offs.And if you take a leave when you have a leave balance but still they will give u leave as well as they will cut off your week off.Even if you complete your target you will have to SLOG.The HR team is one WORST team they do not have got any progress or the proper info about anything.Theyll call in the late night for the interview.There are hardly 45-50 employees in this company.A SUGGESTION FROM MY SIDE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF NOT YOU WILL SPOIL YOUR LIFE GETTING INTO IT.

Worked here for 2months and believe me scam in everything like work wise and scam in every single thing here they will deduct your incentives even if you achieve your target and end of the month like after 18th of every month you will have to do 11hours of shift till 30 or 31st of month without any extra pay.Lot of internal politics lot means lot if you work here for 1month then you can easily start any national political party and everybody is leaving this company so waste of going there.

I usually dont write reviews but since I had bad experience and seeing reviews from my ex cowerkers I felt like lets write a feedback to this company, worked here almost 4years above but ended up getting nothing from this company because managers will eat your hardearn money and they are not answerable for this to anyone because owner will give incentives amount to managers since managers hold the responsiblity to distribute agents hardearn money so, they take the advantage wherein every employe have to suffer and end up with no or few incentives money at the same time since they hold their agents hardearn money they come up with such kinda attitude as if like if you are not being good to me or not obeying me and my orders you will end up getting nothing at all (Irrevalent orders doesnt look or sounds professional, not related to employees duties) infact owner is well aware of ths things but still he doesnt give a damn because he just need numbers thats all and he will not intract with his agents, in my experience I didnt even seen him. -1star meant alot to this company.

I contacted via consultant and i dont know much about company.They called me for interview @9pm , waited for 2 hours then it started at 11 and i gave interview but did not cleared the round.Well i didnt cleared so no problem.But i have a suggestions for management to take interviews in morning or evening time not in complete night time because its difficult for public to reach office for interview in night time who dont have their own transport and ita difficult to get any bus /auto after 11 in night .As i see there were 3 girls who came for interview and i heard them discussing about going back in night time self after interview as they really worried and its difficult for women to come in that time for interview and go back after 11:30

This is the worst interview i attended. I was interviewed for insurance process. The person who took my interview just came from his bed and did not know what he was talking. His name was Ramesh and he must be drunk and looks like roudy. HR said that he was supervisor. Here supervisors sleep and drink at office so good that no one joins

Firstly never heard this company...got a call from some xyz consultancy and I went to attend an interview..The office is located in a small lane which no one can find easy at jubilee hills road no 45..I finally went there and waited for 30 mins and a guy came and collected my resume and I waited for other 20 mins and he called me..i went in..he told me to sit in a meeting room and he left ...I thought he was an assistant/attender there in the office as his English is not good. He walked inside and came to know he is the HR who is going to interview me..OMG that HR doesnt know anything in simple words he dont know how to pronounce semi-voice..great people who selected him as a HR..god should know how he is managing and surviving as HR in that company..Finally after couple of personal questions he asked about my previous experience..then after he asked some unrelated questions and ended up and told that you will recive a call..I asked him when can I expect a call from the company..he replied Asap...no response even after a week atleast there is no review about the interview..in some questions which he asked I myself rephrased the question and he is not sure what he asked..when I rephrased the question he says yes correct..hope you guys can now ...how funny the interview was..I literally corrected his pronunciations by repeating while he was interviewing me. I guess the HR is pissed out where I corrected him...The funniest question was...How many years of experience you carry..I replied I have 4.5 years of experience..He asked how come you have 4.5 either you have 4 or 5 but how come you have 4.5?...I was shocked to this question.
