My friend recently applied for the job in Revalsys. They called and asked for 3 years commitment. Thats fine but they are asking to deposit 2 lakhs. I think it is not fair to ask for money especially during these Pandemic times. If youre afraid that an employee will leave your organization after working for 2 or 3 months then its time to change your organization policies and make the work environment more user-friendly rather than asking people for money like parasites.I still dont know how your current employees remained working with your organization. Either youre blackmailing them or they are not talented enough to get a job outside. Its better to provide a Job those who need it rather than doing such cheap tricks. I cannot give a minus rating or else your company is a -5 rating company.For those who are planning to join this company by paying the amount, Its better to join in some course for more knowledge.Note:- I am not your Ex-employee. I havent heard your organization name till my friend received a call.

If you want to join in this company u need to do initial deposit of 2lakh rupees this is the company policy itseems please requesting all that dont join here.

I am not happy with this company, They are not paying salary and if we ask them. They will say all silly examples which is not acceptable. Kindly re-check before joining

Wrost experience I was successfully completed task ..

Its all about learning standards and multi talent at Revalsys. I am with the Company since 7Years. And i can just say everyday there is a new learning.When you are in Revalsys keep patience and follow seniors. You can reach your goals for sure.

Nice company. I visit there for interview, they treated very well. Interview level is good, u cant easily get selected. The machine test that they give will check all your technical skills. They treated me very well.Need to increase the package which u offer.

Worst company i have been to, very less salary, as they said in interview that they will provide 5000 salry for 6 months and again 3 months will increased to 6000, we were asked submit 200000 lakhs rupees check after clearing the interview and 4 years bond by HR.

Good company for freshers and they can learn lots of things there.
