No sanitizer inside... But travel is good

Very bad. Bus is very noisy when passing through the speed breaker, or any gutter. Cant sleep in side, because of the noise and transparent windows. Staff behaviour also not good. Staff not wearing mask In the pandemic situation. No sanitizer and thermal screening.

Was new to Hyderabad from metro lakdikapol from venkateshwar a hotel its left side people will try to give wrong inputs its called BSNL telephone bhavan road opposite bajaj electronics.

They charge 801 rupee

Charging points not working, luggage handling is worst, bus staff approach towards customer is worse

Staff are good . Asking everyone to sanitize their hands before boarding the bus.Bus is also maintained well. Overall its a good experience.

Charging point doesnt work inside the bus. A/C is not regulated properly. No extra stops were we could rest and overall a bad experience as a traveler via morningstar bus. Hope they reform their policies and provide customer with better facilities.

Irresponsible service. When schedule is arranged then management should make sure in prior whether bus is in good condition or not for long journey. Careless and poor management of travels. Their carelessness towards work is effecting passengers. A bus at 8:30 from lakdikapool has arrived at 1 am. Who is responsible for this? Passengers will be having commitments for next day, what should they do?Please dont prefer this travels.

To be late from reaching time on destination

I travelled in AC sleeper bus. Buses are good, seats are comfortable. AC works well. Blankets are provided. Little dust cleaning is required, and buses need to be in time

It is like any other inter city bus boarding facility. The guys sitting at the desk just barely care to answer. Of course, they did take a look at my ticket and say if I arrived at the right place for boarding bus. Beyond that we are on our own waiting there and checking with each pickup bus to know if that is the one for you...

These days every time i travel to Hyderabad i choose Morning star travels, dont know why, may be due to comfort, time and price

Worst behaviour and services

Standard of MST decreasing day by day. They used to run multi axle busses for long routes. cleanliness is decreased. I used to like this travels but now I m not liking it. In my previous feedback I gave the same but I dont think they improved.

Travelled 3 times it is very good.. it can save time sometimes .quicker than train

Office situated on main road.Providing well enough sitting arrangements.. but croudy most of the time.Management informs about upcoming buses so no need to worry.. relax wait for bus to come at stop

Worst, they are not washing window curtains, which are coming very bad smell. Bedsheets are also not good. When ever they stop the vehicle, simply switch off the engine

The pickup is located in the heart of the city, lakdi ka pul metro station is close to the Morning Star Travels office. The staff is well behaved and gave correct information about the pickup buses. Lots of courier and parcels are stored at this location, more number of chairs should be there for passengers.

Despite of charging Soo much No water bittle is given. 2 hours of delay. Not at all satisfied. Top to bottom it 5 foot 8 inches or so. And I am 5 foot 11 inches I couldnt even strech my legs. I gave 3 rating just for they reached the destination on Time

Morning travel is very high policy private travel company, that you feel sophisticated, and very comfortable while you traveling, very nice, I would like to travel in morning travels ..,

Though I saw a huge fleet of their buses all queuing up while waiting at my pick up point at Lakdikapul, my bus took quite a while to come in line to eventually board about 10mins later than the scheduled pickup time there. Also, quite a few basic things were not in order - like the AC vent which is adjustable to each individual seat, the charging port, the blankets were really tattered & dirty, NO water bottle provided, NO TV playing some movie as is d case usually in bus travels, n some loose fitting making a constant irritating disturbing sound cuz of vibrations.. GOSH!! Also, reaching destination later than d scheduled arrival time... Bravo!!Otherwise, the bus (Multi-axle Scania) is pretty ok n smooth... still consider cheaper better options Id suggest. Cheers!! 😎✌️P.S: They eventually switched off d lights to sleep only after the final pickup point at Shamshabad at around 00:15hrs, n then hardly about 20mins later switched them back on for d toilet break, WONDERFUL SLEEP DISTURBING DEPRIVING STUFF HA!!

Today I am going hyd to guntur but Somall proballm.hyd com to late and get Guntur. Not going bus are anadher bus picakpu in Thadapalle

Bus arrived 40 min late but dropped early and the bus maintenance staff behavior were perfect

Mostly good.On time and good service. (Except few rush hours when punctuality is not maintained).Sometimes buses have dirty curtains. Needs improvement here.

Taxi fares seems reasonable. Vehicles are in good condition.people are courteous.

Really Sorry to Say.Dad by dad the manintainence of the buses is beong worse.Managment should lokk into other wise the pride that the travels are enjoying is at risk.

Good travels. Its always my first choice.

Yet another travel Co in the field to make money and not to provide service. Travelled a couple of times when I had no other alternative. Unreasonable rates, like most of these operators.Travel only if you do not get any other govt bus or Train. ( Not that this travel is worse than other similar private travels. All off these operators are average)

Its the first time Ive tried an upper Rows seat and it wasnt a very pleasant experience, neither was it a bad experience. But yes if you can get a lower row seat, itd be a great ride.

Again repeated the same issue. They have cancelled the service which was already late by an hour came to know by Morning star travels arranged another bus from HYD to Narsaraopet, which was late by an hour. Enough is enough am quitting abhi bus travel booking shifting to APSRTC.

I have booked AC Sleeper... and it is pretty nice in terms of cleanliness, AC and service.

Its closed for now... unknown reasons

Good staff@lakdikapool office will be open till all the buses go .... Its even safe for women(even in midnight)...

So bad service. I was waiting at my pickup point. But the pickup can crossed me and didnt pick me. Even he didnt call me. After calling to customer support they told that my name was not printed for pickup van . At night 10:30pm i was struggling. I will never recommend anyone for this travel.

Comfortable berths ..with reasonable bus fare... though it is non a/c bus we felt restful sleep without any suffocation.....

Delivers timely services. Bit costly. Staffs need to groomed on customer service skills.

In one sentence, Morning star is One of the best travels we have.

Started from telephone bhavan Hyd to Srikakulam by Morning star travels at 1830 hours.Very smooth driving with moderate speed. The driver and the co-driver are very friendly.

This travels is good enough place to wait for your booked bus. Morning star travels office is a small and condensed place. U should be having a bit of patience to stay till your bus arrives. Very small washroom makes it a bit uncomfortable.

They are very interested in booking only . Very care less in delivery’s. No time limit for bookings but there is time limit in delivery.

Bus appearance is good but curtains were not washed. Some foul smell is coming inside the bus. Bed quality is not good and clean.

Not a good bus service. It was late by an hour. Boarding point at Lakdi ka Pool is a real mess. Before arrival of bus, conductor started calling 3 -4 times and insisting to board bus while it hasnt arrived yet. Very unprofessional behaviour. Bus dropped 2 hours late at Bapatla. Bedsheet, pillow and blanket wasnt clean, mobile charging points arent working. We paid a almost 2k per seat but service wasnt worth of it.

While nearing travels, they cancelled the bus, refund not initiated, very bad service.

One thing for the best travels available. Also has good logistics facility. Only drawback is they dont have TV in the bus
