Could not able to cancel my ECS since 4months they are just bluffing people and making money. I am proceeding with legal action.

Went to interview here they ask to write a assesment and after that they are checking spellings so spellings are also important if you want to get a job here

The biggest scam for lead generation,if they dont have proper software tools to send the leads to the paid companies.Justdial just take amounts and give fake leads ,they dont concern about customer just need money.When youre in free listing or not rigestered they will continuosly calls to you about paid listing and their benefits even they know those are fake words but they need money.Dont scam the startups for your own ways of marketing and business and revenue.If you need proofs Justdial i have all the proofs

Biggest Scamsters of India , they try to target the local clients and activate their ECS & their sales team dont fully explain all the services on how ecs work and the ecs policies .We took their services & we found to get a lot of fraud and Irrelevant leads so we wanted to close the justdial plans , once we deactivated the ecs we immediately got a call from them the other day to continue with the plans & you can get more customers(Means Irrelevant leads) we asked them that we wanted to discontinue the service their arrogant team members asked us to pay the 3 months upfront payment or 3 months manually & says its written in the contract which their sales team was supposed to communicate when signing up the contract.

They wont allow to review for their coustomers. They dont send otp. They take good amount from them and give 5 stars..

I was really unable to find the address at the right time of my interview. Because in the very first I was suffered to know the address of the Just Dail however after sometime by roaming entire street I got the address. Whatever it is the organization is good and fine atmosphere like start-up.

I registered my company on JustDial. They promised me that they will give atleast 10 calls a week but im getting totally wrong leads and these people making me torchure to stop ECS.I will definitely raise police complain on these fraudsters and Im trying to approach my bank to stop ECS.im calling from last 6 months but im getting only reply that our consultant team will call u.I cant wait more than 6 months , i need to raise my voice for ur illegal support.

Hi team,i am from coimbatore.I have filed a complaint regarding fake order and with fake promise.In Feb 2020, Soniya called for me for upgrading Position plan, i asked soniya will VFL remain.she said yes it will be separate account and Position will separate account..(Sales Exe) henry changed and updated. after paying i asked him, he said the is no plan for a separate account.i have upgraded. This was informed to Chandrashekar (Regional Manger) and he accepted that and give an assurancethat he will swap the plan to TN package with unlimited when i met him,and i asked is there any terms and condition if please send me a mail regarding those packages.He sent me only plan name and price. ( at that meeting he has not mentioned me that it should be resignedand should pay for new package )After two days i asked him change the plan to TN package.he is informing it cant be changed until you pay for new package plan.( for that i asked him for terms and condition).I asked him you said me i will ask higher team and will updateBut Today i called him he say i sent you mail choose in that. i asked what did you when last call.total 2 month cash has been deducted.Please any higher official contact me.

Marketing executives lie to take your money. Then they wont even pick up your phone. They wrote our business name wrong and did not correct it after calling a 100 times. They kept charging me money but we got no business. Dont ever put your business on just dial. They will cheat you.
