I think its highly necessary to get your attention on this topic regarding customer service.I had huge trust in the Hraman company and its products and more importantly its customer service.Right now I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with you. Its an issue I am facing with a speaker, it got some issues and gave it for service under warranty. The service centre guys initially promised within 10 days it will be repaired and now its been two months. The reply they are saying is the parts are not available .The horrible thing is they dont update anything to me. Then I called the main customer care number and they also couldnt resolve my issue, infact they gave false promises that they will make it ready on a particular date but they didnt and they didnt update me. Now I called the service centre which I dropped my product for directly and they said the service centre has changed and they dont know anything about it.I kinda feel this is a serious issue, because Harman is a huge company right ? and people like us believe in their product and service thats one of the reasons its is one of the top in the segment. The kind of inconsistent and irresponsible people who work in the customer care and service center may spoil that credibility. Customer care number is the only number I have to raise my concerns with and they behave like this , so whom should I express my concerns then ?This is a serious issue with customer service in India , I thought your attention is mandatory.
