Dont judge a book by its cover page. This is indeed the fact in the case of Dashninja. On the face of it, its appeared to me like just another company. But after knowing the people, the management, their policies & practices I realized its not just another company. Its one among few.The flexible work-timings, punctuality in the salary, the supportive and friendly nature of management are appreciable. Its just an Amazing work-place with full of thought leaders.
