Guys,I worked full-time with Cloud Big Data for 2 years. So unprofessional, unethical corporate companies even seen. I searched my own job as they were unable to arrange any interviews for me. I lost my 1 year for that. Deapite that they have taken 50% on my hourly rate and paid 50%, which ruthless. They have indeed deducted money for all visa processing, with no use. They couldnt able to procure my extension. Its is barely fault from CBD. I am also facing challenges in getting my money for the days worked.So, if you want to experience the above said scenarios, you are most welcome. otherwise, advise you to find another best way rather tahn felling bad for not being concerned. I have attended many interviews and worked in two companies and this is the third one where I had worked for only 20 days but this is the worst experience I have ever faced in IT industry*They dont have minimum common sense how to treat the employee*The Team leaders who are working over there should change their cheap mentalities.*They are paying salaries for fresher after 45 days or else you wont get any salary.*No proper maintainence*They mentioned that one way cab will be provided but thats not a cab its a van with capacity of 30.*There is no coordination with teamleader and the team members.*one should not use your mobile phones even if it is an emergency.*if youre absent on Friday Saturday salary will also be declined and the same If youre absent on Monday Tuesday salary will also be deducted.*If you want to have growth for your future so dont join in this worst organization.*The way they treat in an elementary school is much better than this organization.*Company should contains minimum standards and they will set a new rules for every month and whenever we are going to ask they will talk to their accordingly.

Firstly, when you attend the interview they hire all the candidates and they place in the position and after that they wont give any proper training and again they conduct a final interview based on their process I dont understand that why the senior authorities are playing with students life if they dont participate in the first round of then dont hire them first of all their main moto is they select a couple of students for example 8 Members are selected in that round and they place in the company out of 8 they will fire 4 Mem without any proper explanation ok we dont need a proper explanations but without giving proper training regarding the process how can they get it please from my side dont play with students life and most thing is senior domination is the most worst one.....
