One of the waste company I have ever worked since last some months am struggling to get my FNF but no one respond on this and after no if mail they say they will process but there will be no reply after that how many months this goes I dont understand and my pf amount is also not getting credited.And comming to management Team they ask why are you not working but they dont ask why FNF and pf amount is not credited.Comming to Management Team one the waste team they wont respond on this type of issue but they respond if the employees come late or wont be in seat

One of the worst organization to start. I would like to narrate an incident here i received a call from deepthi talent sol for this company interview and the manager itself called me for the google team webinar and when i told her i am outside the home i shall get back to home and open the link on laptop how can i open laptop outside my home i was out for some important work still i assured her i would be available for interview scheduled but she immediately cancelled my interview without any valid reason instead .Dont have little understanding of thingsWhat if i may have laptop/desktop or notIam happy that i am saved from future tormen from the people working for company.

One of the waste company ever seen and there will be no ethical values and no value for the employee working and there will be no job securityWhat ever word they give they wont act accordinglyThey said there will be cab from nearby station but when we call the cab person he wont pick up the call and he says he is out side and he says he is personal work and there will not be a correct transport alsoFNF will be not process as per time line it takes minimum 1 years or more than thatAnd pf amount woll not credit into pf accounts and it is pending frompast 5 months.

Bogus company, the leadership will promise you a job with selection letter and then happily flip their decision leaving a candidate jeoparadised. Wasted precious time giving ideas to the interviewers only to realise that the whole company along with its mission statement is fake, delusional and treacherous. Avoid joining Adaequare is my one 💯 percent honest and surreal review

Worst company, there is no value & Respect for the employees, they will treat as a slaves, no proper plan to move team. team management was bad , there is no proper process to Command a team.Such a cheap characters, even they dont know how to communicate with the employees , dont waste your career in this company please I am request.Not blaming hole company but few team members dont know to handle the team maintenance.
