I, along with several of my colleagues have purchased plots in this Survey Number during d year 1995. We all have latest Encumbrance Certificates and applied for LRS in d year2015. On knowing that this Developer is cheating public by offering to sell plots in the same Survey Number we have brought Injunction Order from d Court.

A plot was purchased by me and many others way back in 90s in Sy.No.194 of Ankushapur village. They were demarcated with stones too. All these have been razed, a fresh layout was obtained suppressing the facts. A few of my friends have got their LRS done, a few went to court & got decrees too. Cases are pending in court & also at HMDA. In this situation buyers be aware

Two plots of 200 sq yds each were purchased by me in 1996 in s.no 194 of Ankushapur village. Many of my colleagues also purchased plots in same survey number along with me. The plots were clearly demarcated with stones and I am holding the registered sale deeds and ECs. Few of my friends obtained LRS also. Removing all the stones and making a fresh layout the above developer is selling the plots. Buyers beware.

A company that sells already sold plots! Buyer! Beware!! Unethical company.So called fake owner says I live in Qatar! So what? I had bought the plots in the same survey numbers in 1990s!! All the positive reviews here are from the developers’ inner-circle to fool the gullible people! Beware of frauds!!

He is not a reliable seller since cheated all previous buyers of these plots who purchased way back in 1996. Prospective Buyers should note this to avoid cheating.

The promoters are developing already sold plots with new layout and cheating the citizens selling the plots again with new approval. In their Ankushapur, Ghatkesar venture, they are selling the plots with new draft layout of 2017, whereas the same plots are sold in 1996 to bank and other employees. Decree and injunction obtained for s.no 194 and court contempt proceedings are in the process. HMDA not issued final approval. Beware of such Realtors who is acting with land owners...

These plots were already sold by the land owner by making a lay out and buyers got LRS. Now again the land is ontained by second sale it looks. There are so msny court cases pending. Final layout approval pending before HMDA. I have a court order fot ownership of 2 plots and LRS also.

He is a fake seller. The Ghatkeshar 194 site area does not belong to him he is illegally occupying and trying to enash by falsified disclosure.

Please take legal opinion before buying property from this developer as we are hearing that they have sold already registered plots at Ankushapur.dont loose hard earned money.when we visited sites around 25 people who are senior citizens gathered and conveyed that they have already purchased land 20 years back.think before investing.

We purchased a plot in 1996 and applied for LRS in 2009.. Second sale of this plot in Ankushapur without consent is not legal.

Buyers please take care. There are court cases pending and the plots were sold to a group of Bank employees earlier.

The original owner of the land in Sy No 194 made them into plots and sold the plots to various buyers in the 1990s by executing Registered Sale Deeds. If at all anyone wants to buy those plots now, they can buy only from those real legal owners, who bought the plots in 1990s vide registered sale deeds.

The land owners earlier sold plots to our family members and friends. And now again selling same plots to the public. Present buyers will never get correct title to the property.

This guy is a cheater. We from banks about 100 bought plots. He removed corner stones and made a new layout on same plots and selling now. Dont buy. Court cases are going on.
