I really enjoyed shopping here. It is located at the back lane of Srinagar colony Park surrounded with trees. Most of the grocery items are available here. It is recommended for people who takes time in buying things, because its not a crowded place and no noise. Major brands are available here like Parle, MTR, ITC, Pillsbury, etc. I thing that surprised me is the sparkling water and grape juices, they looked like wine bottles and it is mentioned as non-alcoholic. The only improvement is to be with fruits and vegetables, they are available in little quantity and not fresh.

Your entrance steps are very steep and difficult to climb. And you have not provided any ramp or hand rails for elderly people.i hope this will be taken care of .

You will find generally good quality groceries and one good thing is the store owners seem to sense what you need! The store is always kept neat and the shelves are kept fully stocked. All staff are very attentive, and the checkout counter works very efficiently too. Overall a very good place to shop.

Variety of stocks based on store location - multiple outlets conveniently available. Little standardisation of layout and stock. Private label is decent quality - a notch above competition store More.Customer service almost non-existent but typically allow reasonable returns with bill and only for exchange or other purchase - no ₹ return.

Prices are a bit high and the vegetables here are fresh always.Sometimes discounts on groceries available.They provide 500ml of water bottle to those who are waiting in the queue outside.Here home mode loose paneer also available at Rs.36/100g. What I like is the customer service, they always very helpful in finding products.I rated only four stars because its a bit costlier than other super markets, they have to think on giving some discounts. Its a biggest supermarket chain in Hyderabad and they can provide in future I hope so.

My go to place for all household needs.

The srinagar colony Ratnadeep one is better than Ameerpet Big Bazaar and Srinagar colony heritage.Price is more, but has lot more stuff than big bazaar. I have returned multiple times empty handed from big bazaar which I could easily find in Ratnadeep, even in lockdown.

Since last 20 years I am rathnadeep customer, all essentials available,we cant say its the best. Ok everything available

I regularly buy from this store. They charge as per MRP mostly but quality is good. Only in vegetables we may find some variation in price. But remember to cross check the price of vegetables printed in the bill before leaving the store. Mentioning this by personal experience.

One of the best branches of Ratnadeep Super market where you can get a wide variety of merchandise. Even though the space is compact, probably due to the requirements of the clientele shopping there, one can get good products.

Good product placement and good fresh stock. The utensils and plastics a section on the top floor was a little disappointing as the products werent that good but overpriced. But groceries and other consumables were fresh and good quality. You get good parking space for your vehicles too

Very nice place to get any provision and beverages. My suggestion to management is to make bill counter as free as possible.

Decent enough place for shopping your grocery items. But, off late they appears to be issues in quality products. While other super markets give discounts in many ways, Ratnadeep is quite backward in giving these offers.

You get everything, almost! Quality of Ratnadeep branded goods is very good. Crowd and space management can be better. Parking is also a challenge on a crowded day.

Space could have been more. The place is well organised and well staffed. Enough salesmen around to help you out. All the essentials you need are generally found except the exotic variety of food. Parking space is a problem at peak hours.

Still few things are not available and vegetables sometimes arent fresh as displayed. I personally like ratnadeep. Good place for groceries.

The place is good to shop, but I did not found staff customer friendly. It took me more than half an hour to pay by card. I understand system failure happens and its a bit frustrating, but they did not uttered a single word. They were as casual as it happens all the time.

Best supermarket brand, better than more, h.freshh, reliance fresh. The place always has good and fresh stock of everything, the billing counters are fast( very much appreciated) well spaced and organised. The range of items is also much higher
