I would like to thank and appreciate Dr. Leonora of SPARSH Counseling Center for her help and therapy which helped me regain my confidence and helped me from going into depression. During this Covid 19 pandemic circumstances, when most of us were anxious about our jobs and career, I was going to a phase of depression and was lucky enough to have has a timely interaction with Dr Leonora from the SPARSH Counseling Center and within a few sessions, brought back my confidence in dealing with the situation and gave me a new lease of life to approach the situation with a positive approach. I Came to Sparsh counselling and met Dr Leonara Mohan Ma’am in the year 2015 . It’s been almost 5 yrs since I have been in therapy with Sparsh counselling . I had severe anxiety and depression. Dr Leonara Mohan Ma’am has been extremely helpful and patient with me . She helped me to get back into the world with confidence. She has helped me in controlling my anxiety and also build my confidence . I am now confidently staying in an urban city and working . Something that I wouldn’t have been able to do before . I thank her for helping me and my parents to understand what depression is and how I can fight against it . If you are someone struggling mentally please don’t fight it alone . Hi Im Kumari from Hyderabad . Im working with a reputed software company here and was at the peak of my career , when , due to internal politics , i was sidelined and my colleague was given credit for all my work and was pushed up the Ladder ........I was crushed .I went into a shell and isolated myself from friends and family . Was irregular to work , my sleeping pattern changed and had persistent broken nights ....I didnt know all these were symptoms of depression until my friend introduced me to Dr. Leonora . After a few sessions , Dr. Leonora identified exactly what kind of depression I was going through and suggested me few mentally engaging exercises , coupled with Counselling sessions .
