Thanks Dr. Abdul for your counselling and therapy and giving me a new life, I had been suffering for last 12 years from Anxiety, Panic attacks and wasnt able to sleep, tried so many medicines, nothing worked but had so many side effects with those strong medicines. I sincerely advise and request people not to dependent on medicines I took and i know the side effects.
