The recruiting staff are so irresponsible and they dont even respond to you properly. They talk to you nicely to attend the interview and once you finish your interview, they will make you wait for days to tell the result.More over the recruiters like Akshuta Kabra dont know how to talk politey with people. Praveen tells that the candidate who attended for the interview data is not there with them.A girl travelled 500 km too and fro just to give the interview. These people are not telling the reuslt and rather that lady Akshita Kabra omg no respect or no professionalism on the call. Think she is rejected is her answer. Wow kudos to Hucon Solutions recruitment team for having such a rude and reckless staff.

Worst Company Never Choose this company for better Carrier.1) salary credits on 10th till then you need to die yourself if you have to pay any credits.-ve:-Being such a 13 yrs old company neither Hucon nor we have shame to take such useless salaries. Even a daily wage labor gets more than what a HUCON employee gets.-The most funny part is their salary hikes, those amount doesnt make any changes in our lives, may be HUCON thinks that we will buy properties with that hikes.-How much you work hard and learn new and mention in appraisal, at last you will only get PEANUTS.-They dont give Incentives which a earning part for anyone in life.-MOST IMPORTANT working hours per day is more than govt norms, all companies even a GALLI company will make their employees to work 9 hours including 1hr break. but in HUCON we will have 1hr break and 11 hrs of work. 1/2 hrs more work daily but salary is way toooo less than any other STAFFING COMPANIES. dont know how GOVT is giving permission for their frauds and scams.-No work life balance, because working hours is more than all other companies we will go to our homes just for sleeping purpose. no proper sleep, no time spent with family, no time for personal life.-Waking up>useless meetings 45mins early to ofc>working like animals for 11 hrs-Working with HUCON spoiled our name, when everyone asks our salary and wonders, saying such a Named company and why so less salary.-End of the day everyone works for salary, no salary satisfaction, no career satisfaction, some part of our life gets wasted.WARNING: choose some other options

Seriously? Recruiter said to be available by 10.30 AM. With no clue sat till 1 PM. Then took a round with Hucon HR. Then waited for 2 more hours. Done with another round. I dont understand what they are doing. Also there were not more 20 candidates. But still, well sitting for hours. I dont even want to give 3 stars but the only reason is for the recruiter Arthi. She was helpful in terms of following up and suggesting a good company with process. Else I wouldve given only 2 ratings. Overall it was a ok experience.

I got selected for one company, they took all my documents and they are not releasing offer letter, they made me to not accept other companies offer also, and wasted my time for 1 month, now they are saying its only one month right, they are not picking my calls, after making 20 to 30 calls for 20 days they picked my call and saying what is ur problem,They made me to lose other companies offers and now they are saying its not my problem, during the documentation they harrassed me like anything if u dont submit ur offer will be cancelled like that but now they are not even responding, its very bad of there part, pls dont trust this consultancy especially recruiter mounika, she will talk nicely when she have work with u,if not su have to face her rude behaviour, dont trust this consultancy

I have worked here as an IT recruiter for more than 1.6 Years. As there is no IT team before just started 2 years ago, Its only useful for freshers but dont expect any guidance form sr people. Salary is very less as for experienced candidates .But for freshers those who are willing to work hard by self learning you can .Cons:They will not give you offer letter at the time of joining. only when you come out of it , they will give you.They will not tell company policies at the time of joining.there is no guidance.dont expect anything form SR people, because they are also not experienced in IT recruitmentthere is no incentives structure .Even though some people working like more than 2 years , they too dont no about company policies.No PFProsIn time salary ,on 10th of every month.working environment is good.they will celebrate any festival very wellso finally those are willing to work for low salaries , with out growth in your career , want to work hard with only salary in hand , with unprofessional skills can join here..

They call you , keep you waiting for hours and take a telephonic round of interview for a minute or so after 4 5 hours of waiting, then tells you that you are selected and will receive a call for next rounds of interview... Thats it you need to wait for next rounds forever.Dont waste your time guys, may be they need to reach their target of candidates and for that they use people who are genuinely in search of job for there fake calls of interviews.Just one word disgusting...

I have had such a horrible experience from this consultancy within the past few days. One lady calls me and tells me how much salary I am capable of getting, I mean come on, who are you to judge my worth? There is a team of recruiters in every company to do that job. Yo are no one to decide my package and insult me. I kept quiet, I said I am not interested to apply through them and hung up.Second day another gentleman calls up and asks me if I am interested in rotational shift. I describe what happened previous day, and said why I was not interested. Then the recruiting lead calls in and keeps on pleading apologies. I thought fair enough so asked them to process me through.Then I never hear from this man. Even after telling them so many times I am not interested in a rotational shift.They keep calling me everyday. Everyday a new person, asking me if I am interested in a rotational shift. You guys dont coordinate among yourselves? Do you have minimum courtesy? What kind of team work is this? I am so so frustrated with this consultancy already. A waste of time and energy.Just request you to coordinate well and work together, you guys are working under one roof. Everyone replies as if they dont know whom I am talking about. Heights of reluctance.

I dont understand how you people judge an experience person skills with in 60 sec of time duration, HR asking twice and trice about salary, if you can not afford that salary you would have inform us prior only, then we would have not wasted our precious time, teach your HR to be professional, at work place how she will chewing gum while taking an interview, unprofessional HR, there is no point of seeing HR executive names back side of our resume while screening, keep all your politics a side, there is no parking area, better not to come in own vehicle.. It is the consultancy which does not have parking space in the own building for people attending the interview.I personally faced this issue. Hucon solutions should take care of the job seekers who are coming from far to apply for the job.The security person does not allow other persons to park their vehicles in the building premises. I had spoken to him about that who will be responsible for the any thing which will happen to the veichle. I even asked the security person to call their manager so that I speak the issue.Many people who are going there parking their vehicles on road. Will Hucon solutions pay the challans of the people.Hucon solutions should take the responsibility to have some parking space in the building.

I have received an mail from Hucon regarding a Job openings with the contact name and number. When I tried to call them they asked my Educational Qualification an current Job and when i tried to ask which company they are hiring for they didnt have any answer, and for every 5 minutes they keep me on hold and didnt answer my question properly.I dont know how this consultancy work how they hire people who dont even have the knowledge of what they company require.Such a better experience i had with this Consultancy i suggest people dont go there its a time waste.

Hucon its a big chaos. I hold an experience of two years in international voice process after the completion of my 1st round Hr comes up with the feedback saying your poor in grammar. I went boonker when he gave me that feedback. I mean what ? The USA and Australian clients whom i work with when they all can understand my grammar whats wrong with this guy?The interview process it self looks very stupid to me. How can you people judge 16 years of education and 2 years of experience in just two minutes of interview.
