She is Amazing! One of the best in India without a doubt. She is well experienced and excellent in her service. She has experience with Indian and Foreign clients as well. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is in need of psychological help. She has possibly changed my life so far with her work, hope to see what the future holds for our therapeutic journey.

I was so skeptical on going to a psychologist as I wasnt sure of what i was feeling within myself with a lot of emotions. My first day consultation was almost for 4 hours and she was so patient to hear about me and my story. I knew that day she understood me and what I am going through. She made me understand I am strong, I would say she made me stronger. She has brought down my anxiety, i smile more now, i am more positive now. She has given solution for every problem and how i tackle it. She is just too good. And i am sure i will fight through this completely with her guidance. She is just amazing. Thankful to her for life.

Before a person decides to visit a psychologist, they have to fight through a lot of stigma and a lot of preconceived notions instilled in them by society.I too had to battle through that struggle. Shobha Madam was recommended to me by one of my doctors whom I had been consulting for a very long time. Before consulting Shobha Madam, my life was an utter mess. I considered myself an abysmal failure in almost every area of life. My self-esteem was at an all-time low, and I was desperately seeking to find a way out, and fortunately I had Shobha Madam to help me to get myself out from my self-defeating thought patterns which are making my life miserable.Being brought up in a dysfunctional family, I had a miserable childhood. Thus, I grew up to be a socially awkward adult. There came a point in my life, where my social skill deficit was affecting my personal life, my career and interpersonal relationships in general because of which I slipped into depression and had to be on medication. I must say it really helped. But, my social skills were still at miss. This is where Shobha madam helped me. Like a father helping a child to walk on his own legs, she helped me improve my social skills by giving valuable insights on what makes relationships click and how to build rapport with the people around me so that I go on to have meaningful relationships with the people I like to have in my life.After some sessions with her I came to realize that I was seeing this world with a flawed perception which was in turn influenced by my problematic childhood, and it has become a vicious cycle sabotaging my life. With each session, I realized how wrong I was in seeing the world with dark colored glasses. After all, attitude is everything. I will give Shobha madam full credit for bringing a sea change in my life. Even my friends and well-wishers have noticed tremendous improvement in the way I communicate, form bonds and carry myself. Dr Shobha garu no words to tell about her, we took our son to her for an assessment and she gave us good solution and rightfull suggestion to understand our child. We took our child assessment in March 2019 and she was in still contact with us, she always makes her available when we contact her regarding our son, she also helped us in finding a solution for our child by referring a good special Educator. We are really thankful to Dr Shobha garu.
