Service was very fast and on time. Proper communication was the best thing.

I have booked a 2-wheeler on 14-8-2021(V094065) at Khammam to be transported to Kushaiguda , Hyderabad....The problems faced are:1)The Tracker is of no use....it will not say the exact location of our consignment...it will always say In Transit till it is delivered....not the same with speed post Tracker...2) There is a very poor coordination between the Auto Nagar, Hyderabad people and Kushaiguda branch person....Auto Nagar fellow sent the bike without LR and Kushaiguda fellow returned the consignment for want of LR.....they are not bothered about the delay caused to Customer....this foolish act of both these idiots led to a two days delay in delivery..3) Though they provide mobile numbers of all branches in the website, they rarely answer the customers....the call centre lady also could not get their branch people over phone....leave alone the customers...

Worest service ...kushaiguda proprietor is very bad fellow...his behaviour is very bad... dont prefer navatha transport kushaiguda branch only..he is running transport business...but he doesnt have auto also...how he is doing business I dont know... worest service

The only navata office where things are fine wrt address, goods handling and the staff talk to us. Very well recieved.

It took half hour to book a parcel here. The person who was at booking counter gave an expression that I work under him. The staff needs orientation on how to be accommodative and polite. In this way Navata can serve the Nation. Keep up the standards!

Packaging charges are very high. For one pack they took Rs: 250

The valuable antique wooden folding chairs well packed booked on 2/ jan from Kushaiguda Hyd to Kuppam reached kuppam only on 8/ jan. One of the valuable chairs found broken.

The one of the best worst services.. provided by then, no one is responsible for the product if it brakes.. I raised a mail to the direct company still today I did not receive any mail from them. Its been a month.

Ok. They are charging handling charges too high. For 96 kha of rice (2 packs) I was charged Rs. 20/-. Bit high. Agency also collects similar charge at the booking (origin) place.
