Most worst, always no cash with bank, we have to wait minimum 30m, wont be proper response from employees better avoid ICICI.

Half knowledge guys, and dont have the patience to verify what customer is exactly asking...

No proper response for phone calls , nor if visited directly .They dont even give proper information regarding aadhar adress updates are possible or not . Nor towards account transfer .

Don’t take credit card from this bank they cut the money from the bank directly if u have a debit card from same bank they will even suck the blood of urs and they don’t respond to the calls after deducting the money

Polite staff but they said their branch do not provide 10% ICICI FD loan to my mom. It happend few months back so my mom had to change her bank. Since then my mom decided not to take FDs in ICICI.
