Bad quality and to much charges of 6 copys ..name is famous but quality not dn good

Not really a professional studio its just an street studio with normal pics but charges are very high like a pro. Dont waste your money and memories. I feel like wasted money and time with this useless pics. Unskilled photography.

Good photographers. They have a very nice team. They deliver amazing pictures. Their quality of work is really good. We hired them for our wedding and they have done a really good job. Worst management ever I have seen till date. It’s been 1 year 8 months from the day of my wedding (almost 2 years till date) haven’t received my wedding videos.I have paid in full amount and they don’t answer my phone calls. All bluff stories from receptionist. (Administrator)They charge money for everything and no prompt in work. Recklessness in priority given to customers.Inspite of this drama, they expect me to refer someone for their photography.They have disrespected me by sending only 2 photographers for groom event which is for 1000 members event. I was told a wonderful story about sending two photographers to the event. Lost memories on big day.The editing work is inefficient. (They make to do the work with juniors who doesn’t have experience)Overall I wont recommend to go with this studio.There are many studio who are prompt and efficient work who does for lesser price than this studio.Photographers are good but management sucks.

Hello..the pictures that were taken were just disgusting!! After editing it was so pathetic...yuck!!! I never expected that for 600 rupees such stupid pictures would be taken..how can you do this!!! I was dependent on you guys for my matrimonial uploads.. shame on you guys!!!! Give my money back ... I hate my pictures... A small kid can take better pictures and edit them... !!!!Try to get back and resolve my issue!!!

I had utilized the services of Aruna studio both for my Son’ marriage reception and my daughter’s engagement.Aruna’s team is very prompt to report for the function.Good photo and video shoots were done during my Son’s marriage reception and quality of its work is excellent.It prompted me engage them for my daughter’s engagement also.Although their work is good but frankly there was little reduction in the quality ultimately for which feedback was given to them which they acknowledged to take corrective action .Anyhow due to their good customer orientation and approach, I plan to engage them again for the future functions as well.

I recently taken 5 photos for 300 rs each. They have not done any editing and when I said them the same thing, they done some editing but its really bad. I feel it is very old studio with good reputation. But they are very bad in editing and it became a waste of money. Better to go some other studio.

Aruna studio located in SR nagar near umeshchandra statue. Their service is not enough good. They will take to give vissa photos for full day.

Feeling bad to give 1 star, but it is well and truly an outdated place. To quote in Telugu movie parlance, the studio is equivalent to director vamsi films. I have got my pics taken here and quoting this from personal experience.

They click damn good passport photos. Never tried photoshoots.

Customers service is too bad...No proper management , They keep customers waiting for too long, instead they could hv given fixed slot appointments. For family photo we had to wait 1.30hrs . They charge 300 additional for soft copy of each photo. I have paid for it and still waiting for soft copy in mail.. when ever I call they say PC not there or internet not working etc.. sometime they dont even answer the calls.Very irresponsible...

Arun studio is one of the best photograph studio.and more important is they got the very good technically skilled manpower .we parso ally experienced when I called to celebrate my daughter Birthday to Park Hayat hotel ,Banjara Hills . Without any advance appointment people came to spot on one phone call. Amazing timing and very good hospitality service. Which I personally experienced with SR Nagar branch.
