We went to studio for family photoshoot and we had around 20 pictures and none of them have a good back ground and we paid them around 10000 bucks and cannot use a single pic of those. Very bad usage of background and not so professional photography. I would not recommend this Studio.

Had been to this place couple of days back with my kids. The service is not good. The service they offer for their cost is not at all worth. First thing ,they make u wait. Then they wont attend the customers properly. Worst thing is they are very rigid with their delivery. They wont even say they would try to deliver as early as possible. Not well maintained too. I felt its better to go for other photo studios.

The owner Abhilash worst person to ever meet and the way he tells lies is absolutely flawless he wont even have some or the other gentlemans courtesy. he lures money he needs and very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior in every aspect. dont try to give some contract to them if u want to live in peace.

Their photography is fine, but their service is atrocious. You will have to call a thousand times to get your work done,that you have paid for in advance. Theyll always say, that they had a lot of functions to cover and couldnt get the work done on time.

Worst experience. I regret myself on hiring them for my daughters birthday function. They collect money promptly, but delivery of work is very poor, they dont lift phone or respond to any messages. We need to visit in person for any thing related to our album..

Terrible photoshop work for a simple passport image for a nursery kid, It was completely ruined. Also the response rate is very poor, requiring multiple follow ups for job completion

Thorough non-professionals! They dont care about customers time and money. Abhilash (the owner) better focus on your acting trials rather than running a business, where you have no ethics. I dont see any reason why these people are still operating, I mean look at the maintenance of their shop, it is like a public toilet area (infact these are well-maintained now-a-days). The branch in Barkatpura will force you to give 5* on JustDial for their highly priced and mediocre work.Readers of this, please stay away and look for others!

I intended to get some pictures of my two kids - a toddler and a pre-schooler so scouting for photo studios however, the lady on the phone explained that theyre closed due to the festivities which is understandable but upon inquiring about their charges, she had no clue, asked me to WhatsApp my number, kids details and shed forward the details to some other photographer.I suggested she have her other photographer call my number instead but, havent heard back from either..

I have hired Aruna Photo Studio for my sons 1st Bday and I have got a worst experience and complete unprofessional behaviour from this studio.Photographer who came to take the pics have no knowledge on how to take occassion pics. We can take better pics on our mobiles rather these so called professionals.After the function, it took a month for them to show the sample copies to select the pics for album. And Im shocked by seeing the pics taken for my occassion. I could not get sufficient pics to prepare an album. Suggest not to hire these people for any function. They will spoil all the memories which we should keep forever.RegardsSatish.
