Well hygiene maintained.Friendly Doctors - Dr. Kishore Radiologists friendly caring, hospitality and precise diagnosis scanning reports is truly appreciated as have taken my wife for pregnancy scannings all through her carrying time. Have also taken my family members and parents many a times for Kidney scannings where the precise reports have caused us to meet the Doctors and get the right treatment. I truly recommend to visit Shine Diagnostics and Labs at Chandanagar.

No one followed Covid guidelines, Covid precautions. Reception staff was not professional. Staff themselves didnt wear mask, few patients also didnt wear masks and no staff was instructing them to wear masks. Seems staff is not feeling responsible, not accountable. I dont recommend this center to anyone.

I got my Wife all Pregancy scans in shine diagnostics by dr Kishore gowd, we came to know it was twins in her 2nd month early scan, One of our twin baby had some circulation problem and was underweight in 8th month scan, so we were advised to get follow ultrasound scan every week till delivery dateBoth the babies were born healthy last week. Thank you sir 🙏

Went for scan and asked waiting time for scan as it was bit urgent patient couldnt bear the pain in kidney , They replied 5 mins so immediately paid money and started waiting.., Post 15 mins wait asked again how long will it take again replied with in 5 mins, So waited 15 more mins and shouted in anger like pay money back to us will go to another diagnostic then told finally the person who make scanning process is yet to come again plz wait replied, They didnt even listened patient pain and saying wait plz he is on his way, Finally they didnt pay amount back and made us to wait 2 hours for scan..We can understand if any serial was there for scan but no one was waiting, They simply robbed money and made us wait.Better avoid it if you need emergency scan.

Doctor here might be good. But the staff at reception are worst. Doesn’t even know how to behave with visitors. The staff here doesn’t even bother to provide us information and least bothered for the value of time. Not at all professional. But I can say, Doctor here is kind enough.

Bit disappointed with the reception staff. But glad to meet Dr. Kishore Sir Radiologist, as he explained patiently about my condition. I was diagnosed with gall bladder and kidney stones on ultrasound by dr Kishore and was advised to undergo CT scan for further evaluation. Thank you sir.

Satisfactory Experience with this Diagnostic Lab.Since it is running by well experienced Pathalogist, its worthy to undergone annual medical check up for everyone to get to know about our health condition.Staff is very much helpful & caring towards elders.Medical infrastructure is top class & maintaing par with standards.Being a educated person, I always look for Quality standards during medical diagnosis. Though lab services are good, Guys at reception are rude and they dont respond they just behave as if we are talking to some one else.
