I took a test drive of nissan kicks and I love d the service of Mohammad ishaqe sir,he is very cooperative to customers he gave me a fantastic experience like which till now no other car dealer has given me.

Staffs are courteous and very welcoming. They understand what customer need and also they suggest based on the input from customers. Even though it was late night but still when we requested they arranged a test drive for us. We booked Nissan Kicks here and we are looking forward for a great after sales support from them.

Went in for a minor repair for my fathers magnite, must say I was truly impressed by their swift reaction time and response. Got the job done in 30-40 mins and I was out of there. I hope this standard of service remains.

Better than Kukatpally service center. Service is ok but needs to improve in washing area. There was no follow up call when booked through app. Had to call self again for confirmation. Front office personal Ms. Laxmi, Shyam are good and Service advisor Swamy also good. Disappointed when there was no spare part which had to be replaced.Overall is Good

There are few ppl with white shirt, not sure what is their role. Did not like their attitude to customers. But finally got to test drive Nissan. The vehicle performance was better than I expected. Liked it. The person Ram who assisted us was good and patient to answer all our queries. Hopefully would be a good buying experience.

It was great. After so long time new vehicle kicks released. Looks are good. AC is good. Acceleration is not good. 1st gear is problematic.

Worst service,No maintenance,No manners,No common sense,not at all satisfied with any ambiance n services.No response,a lot of miscommunication between the sales executives n no clear info to the customers,bad experience which I could never forget.

Please dont buy cars from nissan and datsun they after sales service is pathetic. You will always feel irritated whenever you go for service, save yourself from this unnecessary ordeal.

Only challenge is parking. You do get parking space but most times its already busy with other cars. In order to get your car within the larking place some amount of traffic obstruction does cause. The ground level is higher than the main road for the showroom which jist a rough path. Not smoothed out or cement. You got to step on the fuel to get it up to oarking area.

Called them 8-10times today ,no one answered, no call back again , tried 3-4 numbers which they have mentioned in Google and just dail .. finally tried to message in whatsapp through ,just dail whatsapp connect.. They dont sell XE and XL variants of magnite here.But they show the price of these variants in banners and ads.Just a gimmick to bring people to showrooms.And too much long waiting period.

Pathetic customer service the sales team provide. I have booked Magnite Dual tone (Red & Black) vehicle in December 2020 and after 45 days of my booking the sales executive says that this color is not available from Nissan and if I want same color, then I have to upgrade to premium varient or else change to a different color. The premium varient cost 1 lakh more. What surprised me is how did he considered my booking if this color itself is not available from Nissan.Once I changed the color, they kept me waiting and waiting for the delivery. The sales team DO NOT answer your calls whenever you try get the status of delivery. Sales executives have poor knowledge on vehicles varients and colors 👎

This visit to the service center of Lakshmi Nissan has been a bad experience. Service advisors werent communicating enough. I had to call multiple times to know the status of the body repair work. The delivery dates were pushed out multiple times. After body repair work I had given the vehicle for regular service, even for the regular service, service advisor didnt communicate the delivery time until I called up to know the status.

Not good.... It doesnt have customers waiting lounge....poor maintenance not good service advisors.....

Worst receiving and response, their employees dont have any intention to do business. Pathetic.

One of the worst service experience I ever faced. They only charged high amount of bills but no sincerity on work , we came for same problem again and again. I am vey surprise to see that what kind of experience that mechanic have. Thankyou for remarkable experience.

Staff attitude was very disgusting, went there for test drive of vehicle. Was made to sit for 15-20 minutes and there was no response. I asked them for water, n there was no one to serve water. A/cs closed. Very poor.

There is only one car available in showroom.. that is magnite.. there is enough space, they could have placed kicks too.. go there only about magnite. Sales person do not really are interested in seeing people, they look like they dont like people coming in to showroom. And there is no proper parking place..

This is a huge wide Nissan car show room that anyone can notice passing by the street. There are decent number and variety of cars to check out in the showroom. The place is spacious and has decent parking. The staff are warm and welcoming with good knowledge about the vehicles that they have. They sell Datsun cars as well along with Nissan.
