Very poor quality of service. If you order even tea in room then it will not come.Unclean and dirty room. Broken tiles in bathroom. Non working geyser.No towel. No soap. No basic amenities.Not even worth to call as hotel.Shame on keeping such dirty unhygienic place.Dont go, even if it is free of cost.

The maintenance was very bad, the elevator is full with web cob and the rooms were not maintained. Things inside the bathroom like bulb, hanger etc were broken. Management needs to really pull up their socks. Not worth the money you pay to stay here. I would be happy to see the management react to this after they make necessary changes!

I stayed 5 days in this hotel, room services is not available but the staff cleans the room daily in this situations(covid 19)And the restaurant is in 1st floor food is very tasty and good, Mr.Rajini kanth(waiter) is a very nice guy in the restaurant,and Mr.Venkata krishna i think he is the manager there, is a nice and wonderful guy thank u very much for ur care and support

The manager Mr. Ravi is a cool guy who makes sure every customer has a good time. When we stayed first day, it was looking good. But when stayed for long time (5 days), we came to know that they are not cleaning the room properly. We asked/forced them to clean room.Even the breakfast they are providing having idli by default. After informing so many times they have changed for last 2 days.But the hotel is cheaper and rooms are good. Stay was comfortable and no disturbances.Service is also good.

I had stayed in the hotel for 4 nights.I had booked off a double saver room which was cheap. But the photo attached to that priced room was a decent room. So when I checked into my room, it was pretty bad but adjustable.The rooms are too close to each other and the entrance to the hotel is pretty shady, didnt give off good vibes.The management is decent and didnt face any problem with them.Coming to the food, it was pathetic. I puked the first day itself with the food.The breakfast delivered in the morning is bad and not hot. It tastes stale. The price was reasonable but still the food couldnt be eaten so it was a waste of money.One plus point is it is on the main road and really close to chaitanyapuri metro station, so reaching there is fine.I guess the rooms arent cleaned properly as waste left by previous people were present in the room still.

I really hate this place. I stayed here for 3 nights with my parents. There was no water in toilet on 2nd night. We called to reception, they said they will switch on the motor. Even after that still no water was coming. Then I went down to reception but that guy was sleeping, only after I went there they switched on motor still water was not coming. Next day they arranged a room to shift but odour was coming from ac in that room and in no time the full room was smelling bad. So we shifted back to our own room. Complimentary breakfast was really horrible but their restaurant food was good. Room service is okay but the person who is sitting in reception has some attitude. Whenever we asked for some requirements he was making fun of us by giggling. Hotel location is all good. Dinner we had from their restaurant was really good. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone for a stay.

It was conjusted. Being near the road also means that there was a lot of traffics near the function hall. Also, washroom was dirty and not enough for 200 people.

Nakshatra in multicuisine restaurant situated near kothapet X road signal on left side of the main road and serves veg and non veg food. They used to give quality and quantity food for best prices. Now they have also become commercial {i e their motto itself to earn money and forget about customer satisfaction}. They are not providing tasty food and also with less quantity. Today I have ordered chilly chicken which is full of skin coated pieces, you cant imagine the portion of the dish. Waste and worth less for Rs 252/- better do not take chilly chicken as the dish itself is made of skin chicken...

Comfortable oyo hotel stay...Staff who were working here are no way Hotel professionals . We had to wake them up at 6 for early check-in .

We have received a combo of Paneer butter masala and butter Naan at the cost of Rs. 130 through online offer of lunch and we truly loved the taste of the curry and the curry was buttery and the naan was perfectly baked and there is no over baking of the naan. This hotel even serves good cuisine of food and suggest to try this for sure

Worst and Waste of money, Today I have ordered gongura mutton and Mutton keema curries and I surprised to see the dishes as gongura mutton is made full of waste cutting vegetables and leaves & Mutton keema is made with tamota paste. Worst taste, Not worth for Rs 290/- plus 290/- . Better dont order any mutton gravy Currys in this restaurant. They are looting, better to send the cook for training to learn how to prepare gongura mutton and Mutton Keema curry. Totally commercial & money minded people. My dog also refused to eat.

Online Services are Worst...Recently Ive ordered food online and they took 20 minutes to confirm the order (without knowing whether the food is available or not)... And then after 30-35 they called me and said your order food is not available.. I fed up with this statement and then they pinned my order to another restaurant... It happened to me twice and 2nd time they took 20days to refund my money back from the ordered date...
