Unprofessional service. The hair stylist cut off my mask during my haircut and didnt say a word. Didnt apologize or offer a new mask. Another staff member cut the skin over my eye while threading my eyebrows. I had 3 visible cuts over my eye which was bleeding.Overall unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience at the salon...Sravanthi..took care of me very well. She was very proffesional and gave me lots of tips and tricks for self care. She was very accommodating.Had a haircut done by Deekshith in Aug. He was very proffesional. He analysed my hair and advised me on what would suit my hair and styled it accordingly. My hair came out wonderfully.

Worst service ever. Ruined my haircut and eyebrows, and instead of setting it up, they asked me to cover it up with make-up. I literally, never had such a bad experience before. Also, the staff was very rude and not accepting their mistake. VERY VERY DISGUSTING SERVICES. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Had my hair colored for the first time. I was skeptical about whether it will turn out fine (I was going with purple but wanted it to be very subtle). However, Shiva from Lakme did a great job and the end result met my expectations.

I have been taking skin services from Sunita who is extremely talented and has potential to become one of the finest skin experts in coming future.I did go for services after the lockdown was taken off and lakme kompally carried all the Sanitization by wearing safety kit while performing any of the services to me.I appreciate her and my hair expert Suraj for making sure of my safety.

The stylist knows nothing about Style. He ruined my hair leaving me NO alternative. Umesh was not even Sorry about the bad and totally OUT OF SHAPE look he has given me. He didn’t even try to work on it again or try to convince me about his bad skills. Only thing I can do with my hair is to tie them tight, when I wanted a smart, chic hairstyle.Over that they call it designer haircut go which they charge 900. Which world are you living in? I am amazed that it’s your daily job. You are SO BAD at it. All they were bothered was to keep the money in the drawer, client can go to hell with the feedback. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.

Fab service, all safety measures taken, use of sanitisers and disinfectant, sterilisation of all used hand instruments.

The beautician Sunitha is very friendly and first explains all the services and the cost involved.. And suggests the services according to your skin tone. And her facial massage is very soft and soothing.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I’ve asked the girl with blonde hair and green highlights to just trim my hair to get rid of splits. She’s complaining that I don’t have any split ends, I think she’s blind. While doing hair wash even she’s up selling some service at 600 along with 900/- she have done nothing. And I’ve asked her to blow dry my hair with some curls or make it straight. She’s demanding that nothing can be done with my hair. I really have a length till blouse line. And she can’t do any styling with this length. I wonder is she really a professional hair stylist. I’ve a party tonight and with this hair style I have to tie up with a dress. So disgusting. I highly don’t recommend this salon.

Horrible maintenance and hygiene of salon, bed or table, dress, room and products used. Wax heating machine and wax tin rusted. I wish to I can share pictures. It’s my 5th visit to this salon and informed them each time about the hygiene but no improvement. Not worth your time and money.

Worst parlour in the whole Universe. There are no Professional working here. Road side Barber is much better in communication, understanding and professional wise. They didnt even bother to switch on a Fan or AC when a customer walks in for service from a hot weather outside. Charges are too high compared to other service providers. If we pay the charges also the services served by them should be up to the mark but no worst service and pathetic experience..Pls do not visit and waste your time and money.
