Great place not just for party night, got pleasantly surprised with their non-alcoholic range as well! Great ambience, most of the food and beverages we tried in our frequent visits taste consistently well.. one area of improvement could be to have items in the menu actually available.

The brand Heart cup is quite common and has been around for ages . One of the favourite spots for almost every Hyderabadi . The heart cup coffee at Gachibowli is one of the biggest in the city and gigantic is an understatement. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available with dedicated bar counters . All of here can vouch for their service as I would say it’s the best in class and I personally haven’t had any disappointing experiences. We were here for a review session as they have a revamped menu . We tried the peri peri crispy corn , Paneer Kurkure , Vegetable sushi , Asian chilli cottage cheese and the lotus stem in sweet chilli sesame sauce . The peri peri crispy corn couldn’t go wrong as it tasted just too good and it is a bit on the spicer side . Vegetable sushi also wasn’t disappointing at all and we were just popping in the sushi’s as they were too tempting . Asian cottage cheese and the lotus stem in sweet chilli sesame sauce were also good . We also sipped in some mocktails. The mocktails were refreshing and unlike the other places was not too sweet . The mix was done in the right proportions. With some heavy starters me as a vegetarian opted for the Thai green curry with steam rice for main course . The Thai green curry is for sure the best I’ve had and would suggest this to everyone who visits the place . With little space left in our tummies for the desserts , without any second thoughts grabbed the Belgian chocolate pull me over cake and the blue berry cheese cake . The names just say it all . No complaints at all and it just made our mouths water . Heart cup coffee is partnering with concu to serve such delicious desserts . DLF flaunts of its street food but the new addition of this cafe has made the place a hub of great eating option.. HCC Gachibowli is. Humongous space, very neatly spread out with amazing music and fabulous food variations..The mocktails, starters, main course, upto the desserts.. everything is to the mark and leaves one with no regrets.. also the prompt service and highly competent staff makes this place much more welcoming..They have amazing sushis along with other starters such as paneer fritters, cheesy chicken ones.. the Thai green curry and Thai red shrimps were some noteworthy dishes!

I stepped into this place and just blew my mind. What an ambience and what a place. Simply marvelous. I was here for the band octavez live performance. The sound system is amazing too. The choice of drinks and the service, the food. It was just amazing.

Bigger and better ambience. Had a beer pitcher with a friend after long time. It was fun. Prefer the outside seating than inside. Weekends gets really busy so better to start early or plan the visit. Live band on when I visited on Saturday. Very good service and the food was quick and tasty. Had couple of starters like veg nachos, spicy grilled chicken, both were good and enough for two. I did see couple of families visiting the place.

The best Heart cup coffee (HCC) cafe that Ive been to in Hyderabad. A wonderful location that is ginormous in size. The car parking area by itself can accommodate what seems like 100 cars. So clearly, everything about HCC reflects this philosophy. Spacious, stylishly themed, thoughtful touches like digital menu accessible from our phones, high rise chairs, swanky restrooms, a wonderfully themed live music stage, hydroponics on display, a vast live kitchen amongst others.Having been impressed with the ambience, and a little intimidated by the pricing, we as a party of 3 ordered couple of starters and main courses with some beverages. The total bill came out to 2300 INR, which after the Dineout/Zomato pro discount worked out to about INR 610 per person. Bottom-line is that it was incredible value, taste and portions for money. Mind you, we are not voracious eaters though.The hot chocolate is a must have! For INR 130, it was bonkers good! It also filled us up quickly though. The Creamy brocolli and stuffed Paneer were great starter items. The Thai red curry was authentic and sumptuous with bamboo shoots and what not. We finally ended with rich and creamy Risotto.Go here especially in the evening and when they have live music and events. Youd pay extra but it also becomes an evening of entertainment.

Heart Cup Coffee Gachibowli is definitely an upscale place, and better planned than its branches in Jubilee n Kondapur. This chain is famously known for its great food, but the tall Buddha element here is definitely a center of attraction with nicely programmed club lights. I was lil disappointed knowing the fact that they dont have a micro brewery here, and hence taking away a star. Nevertheless, a place worth visiting for all the nightcrawlers like me.

Vast place with abundant parking space. The only problem is the road which leads to this place. There is no paved road here. The cool ambience and music bands lined up makes you want to go back again and again.

Heart cup café or HCC is the very few names in the hospitality industry that I have been hearing since my initial days of blogging which is like almost 6.5 years. I have been to their Jubilee hill outlet more than to Kondapur one too, but I haven’t been to Begumpet and Gachibowli one. Now I can strike off the Gachibowli outlet as I have been to it recently, and its amazingly humongous property HCC with great spaceAmbiance: It’s one of the huge properties of HCC which can easily accommodate 1500+ per at once. The best place to enjoy great food, live music, open mics, and special events as the place is divided into indoor and outdoor sections. They have got 2 separate bars for indoor and outdoor as the outside section has the smoking option in open space.Lets talk about food: Its a food feast combination of oriental and pan-Asian cuisine spread to sapidity on. As the food is eye-soothing and vibrant also versatile in taste and texture so apt for every dish you eat here. So starting with Cheese chicken murgh good marination of succulent chicken pieces where the flavors were dripping out on each bite was topped with melted cheese to make it more smooth and creamy texture as each bite of chicken kebabs were melting in the mouth. The Lotus stem in sweet sesame chili sauce. As the lotus stems were crunchy and as well it was equally coated with the sauce as the stem doesn’t have any taste of its own. The first impression will be sweet, but the after-effect will be slow and steady, as the chillis hit you quite late and the spicy gives you a wake-up call. Tangra chilly prawns Its a butterfly batter fried crispy prawns tossed in Indo-Chinese sauce which again has a similar after-taste of lotus stem, the late spicy flavor perfectly blended with the seafood. This was not the only prawn dish, the next dish was Steam prawns sunrise sauce. The prawns were nicely steamed presented as scorpion style with pesto sauce garnish and placed on tomato-based gravy reduction. Asian chili cottage cheese got perfect smokey edges to enhance the taste to the next level.  The Kur Kure Paneer Fritters has a filling of hung curd and cream cheese filling inside with outside covered with aloo bhujia coating to give a nice crunchy bite to these fritters. The Herbal grilled chicken was covered in the oriental spices with subtle taste making it quite juicy and succulent enough but what I felt was thyme and rosemary herbs were quite dominating as you won’t be able to feel other spices taste. The crispy fried chicken was presented in a similar roulade style but a crispy one where the chicken breast is filled with gooey melted cheese inside and outside it got crunchy texture which has enhanced the taste also the dip served was a unique way as it was served inside a lettuce bowl.Main Course: After a vibrant flavor journey of starters we have reached the main dish where we had some more delicious and amazing dishes. Started with Chicken patty with orange caper sauce along with creamy mashed potatoes. The Chicken patty was perfectly cooked has absorbed the flavors from the orange caper, but the mashed potatoes have stolen the show from the entire dish as it was much more creamy and tasty. The best dish from Japanese cuisine is sushi, the veg one was Avocado sushi and the nonveg was California Sushi. Both were amazing, but California sushi steals the deal from the plate as it has the goodness of tuna, chicken, and other ingredients. My favorite Thai green curry was really delicious, all the flavors were on point, and it was really delicious to relish. Finally, the last dish was Burmese prawns curry huge meaty prawns cooked in Burmese spices and coconut milk has got all the flavors. The panda leaves, giving its kick to the gravy.Desserts:The dessert bar is being handled by Concu one of the finest bakers in the town. This was my first visit to Heart Cup Cafe. The first thing that amazed me was its size, a really huge place, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was good and the cocktails too. But there is not much variety in each cuisine. And the size of the plates is too small. They can definitely work in this area. Overall a great experience and also great ambience. 😊👍

Very spacious and exceptional service. The bartenders and service staff are well trained so the hospitality is always good. The food and cocktails add to the amazing ambience. One of the largest and amazing place in the city now. Huge dance floor. Seating capacity is more than 200+ with social distancing. The graffiti on walls, designs and all are very attractive. Visited last week for a friends birthday party.Staff are very friendly. Khan is the man. Ask for it and he will request and get it done by the chef.Onion rings were very tasty. Nachos were properly baked. The sunrise prawns were very tasty (soaked in tequila).All the cocktails and mocktails are prepared very well.They even have this hydrophobic plants section thats gonna start in next 2 weeks.New spot in the city and the best if you want to be in a safer environment, prefer this on anything.

The Ambience is just something else. And ofcourse its heart cup coffee so it can be a little pricy so just letting you know that it could be 3-5 K per head. but if the ambience is worth it.

Heart Cup coffee offered us a soulful experience where we had the perfect combination of a lovely ambience, lively music and tasty food :) We went on A Thursday evening and experienced Threeory band play live and we got transported to another world all together.If all the HCCs in Hyderabad, I believe this one is the best one. We had the comfort of safety and hygiene because even the menus were online and the tables were well distanced. This is extremely essential during Covid.We ordered couple of mocktails, starters and a pizza. Everything was delicious except one small issue - One part of the pizza was a little extra fired (almost burnt). Nevertheless, this is a place that definitely knows how to create the perfect ambience!A place worth multiple visits, especially on days where there is live music performance.

Heart cup cafe isnt a new to me, however I got the chance to visit the new branch of heart cup in gachhibowli this weekend. Needless to say I had an amazing experience throughout my visit. The place is humongous and very well decorated. We started with mocktails. I loved the kiwi slush and bluberry slush. Next we jumped into starters. I enjoyed the wasabi prawns, lotus stem in sweet sesame chilli sauce, chilli basil prawns and Afghan chicken. I may miss one or two dishes to mention as I dont recollect their names. There is only one dish which could have been better, the one coated with Kurkure, apart from this all the dishes were mouthwatering. Now coming to sushi, I just had tasted one of the best Sushi in Hyderabad. Its called rainbow Roll, salmon tuna and avocado stuffed inside. This is something u should not miss if you are visiting this place. I loved the Thai green curry too. Last but not the least, there was one more continental item which was served to us, chicken breast mashed potatoes along with orange slices. One of the most unique and fabulous continental dish I had in recent times. Cheers to team heart cup.

It was such a disappointment visiting this Heart Cup after visiting the ones in Jubilee Hills and Madhapur. Extremely limited menu on food and beverages, and to make the matter worse, they are very pricey. In excuse, they mentioned that it was the case since they opened the place just 3 months back. Not sure if pandemic was the reason, but their staff didnt seem to care to attend to my table, and I had to frequently waive at them for service. The place looked like a big auditorium to me!!

The place is very big with outside and inside sitting. The sound system is good.But, 2 things one inside the music is too loud that we cant even place food order or interact with. Second, I felt the food menu is very TOO limited. People who likes to eat while drinks may not really enjoy the place.

Covid parameters are not being followed here.. Ambience is good but my only reason to give it 2 stars was covid precautions not taken by them. No one was wearing mask full crowd no limit. Nothing.

Limited food options will greet u if u happen to come here on an event day. Pawandeep Rajan concert was a case in point. At the time of writing this review, his concert did not start. In the meantime, looked at veg starter options, but had a worst experience with their paneer tikka masala, which costs rs 400. When it comes to taste, it was not even worth rs 50.

Please teach basic etiquettes to the waiters at the bar. Was available today to watch Atul khatris show and there was a cover charge coupon to redeem. Getting the person to listen and pay attention was next to impossible.I dont know his name, the person turns up snatches the coupon and leaves. I was basically staring trying to understand whats going on (10-15 mins flew by) and this guy is running here and there. Not even bothering to ask what was my order (obviously coupon had to be taken first)I ordered for a Bira he gave a Kingfisher (opened even before I said so) and to top it all he swiped the card for a full amount basically tricking thr customer who he knows cant help because show which was to start.I asked why he is being so reckless to which he goes back gets the coupon and returns it back.So Im expected to return after all that?I left it at the counter and never have I experienced such a service where basic customer management skills seem too much to ask.

Excellent ambience, indoor and outdoor seating, well spaced. Evenings would be filled with live shows. The food menu variety is huge and ranges from Indian, pan-asian, Italian, continental. Tried brocolli soup, Onion rings, olive paneer kebabs (a little too spicy, loved the presentation and texture), Diavola Italiana pizza and ended with Japanese omu rice. Loved the Irish coffee, blue Hawaii and Capuccino. Good service

Ambience is good and delicious food but their menu is limited (that is a given after covid in most restaurants). I miss their brewed beers, was elated to know that heart cup opened so near to our place but to my disappointment it is without froid....still.love the place definitely a great place to hangout with friends and family

If you are a alcoholic then it would be nice, I am a non alcoholic so they have provided only Sprit cool drink & blueberrys mocktail thats it, but for alcoholic people there more number of choices.When comes to food they are provided more than 12 dishes ( including staters, main course & beverages)1. Great venue and a very happening place. The food and service was excellent

Short staffed.Mixed up our order and we ended up eating nothing that WE had ordered but what was served to us. Didnt bother getting the food exchanged coz the service was quite slow. The pasta was good (we had ordered a pasta with pink sauce but got the regular arabiatta instead but it tasted good so...) the starter was good too but the sandwich (again we got a paneer grilled when we had asked for a veg grilled) sucked big time. My first experience has been bad but might give the place a second try during better times. Hopefully things would turn out to be better 🙂

High beat place, live performances of celebrated bands ( check with them for details). Food here is good, I would give 8/10. My complaint with them is many of the menu dishes and drinks were not available and we had to choose alternate dishes and drinks. Over all a good place to hangout with a bunch of friends and socialize.

Good place to hangout

It was my first time at Heartcup, Gachibowli. The place is huge with sufficient social distancing. We went in the afternoon and sat outside for a bit and then had to move inside as it got hot (some fans outside would have made a the outside seating more pleasant). The drinks and food were pretty tasty but the main course quantity was very small when you consider the pricing. We had Margaritas and Bloody Marys for drinks, the wasabi prawn, chicken gyoza, onion rings for starters and the chicken pad thai and ebichiri udon noodles for mains. A couple of cocktails each with 3 appetizers and 2 mains, it was ~ Rs 2300 per person. Overall, it is a good place to hang out.

If theres a brand that had to level up and showcase a modern version of its own, theres nothing better than HCC Gachibowli. Tha ambiance and the food are exceptionally good. A must visit for anyone whos been to or liked HCC Jubilee Hills.

Very loud and dull ambience. Services very slow even less crowd due to Covid restrictions.

We went for honey singh show yesterday we are there by 8pm the show dint start by 10 pm also and therez no social distancing no temp checks nothing as mentioned ..its so crowdy that one person is falling on other and many of them are smoking we felt so disappointed and left the show ..

Located in gachinowli. It a new hear cup cafee . Very specious . You indoor and outdoor sitting . The food is good . But good a little expensive . But worth the money
