Hotel is located in peaceful location. Staff is good. Room is spacious and comfortable. Food is good. Breakfast is good.

Worst hotel ever... Hotel staff is behaving like we are having food at their mercy. I would never recommend this to anyone

The service is not up to the markEverything is chargeable even if you want a the basic services Or amenities like we ordered for salad and we wanted some lemon squeezed on the salad even the lemon was chargeable.The basic toiletries like shampoo etc was chargeable. The service is really very slow, the quality of the breakfast was very poor. It was all burnt up. Only the interior designings and the walls etc were the things focussed on. They were well designed and up to the markBut the quality of service and food was pathetic.

Requested Manager of Ebony to allow our Pet for a 3 hr function. He turned it down.While most hotels are allowing pets, this is unwelcoming from Ebony hotel and equally ironic calling itself a boutique hotel !!! Disappointed with the management.

At first arrival the hotel seems to be far from the sightseeing hotspots. In fact they are widely spread and the distance is pretty much the same to all of them. A big plus is the location in a quiet peaceful lane but still not far from the shopping street and the metro. The Mint Ebony itself is one of those hotels which give you the feeling of checked in to the Hilton. Rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. Shower is huge with pleasant water pressure and hot water at any time. TV has also English programs, bed is very comfortable, and its clean. Staff is all time at your service with a smile. At the reception as well as the delicious breakfast buffet. Highly recommended whenever in Hyderabad.

Cheap and best destination for small parties like birthdays and official gathering, has a decent banquet hall with 50-100 seating capacity and dining hall!We had a birthday party over here with around 150 guests, food was decent, they made arrangements for extra guests within an hour!Best part is the pricing, per plate cost for non veg buffet is 400 excluding taxes... which includes banquet hall for 5 hours

Had a very long journey from my hometown to hyderabad. On the way to our destination swiftly Without enquiring i booked a room for me and my friend in this hotel. Later i realized that i made the right choice. I had a quick hot water shower and wonderfull breakfast . Everything was so perfect and enjoyed the trip till end. Best place and highly recommended.

AC of room 402 wasnt working even on 18°, we were there for only one night. They should have checked every detail of the room before handing over the keys to us. They only do check in at 2pm in afternoon not before that even if you have booked the rooms.FYI, for ironing, theyll provide you the table and iron to go ahead, but they wont do it!!!Rooms are good and comfy, amenities are useful. Bathrooms are clean and nice, well maintained. Theres a safe in the room, but wont find a refrigerator if youre there for a long stay. So talk it out before getting in!!!!

Best budget 3 star hotel in the city to stay in. Rooms are fairly suffecient for a couple and absolutely fine. I liked the gym, it was perfect for fitness lovers who wants to start the day with workout.overall it was great experience.

Rooms are chic & quite large with ample furniture and furnishings in it. Like the leather recliner especially. The front office check-in took a lot of time inspite of booking & was supposed to check in early but due to flight delay was late still though rooms were ready they could not hand over keys. Restaurant was empty when I checked in. Overall happy with the rooms.

I visited this hotel to attend some workshop and had a very bad experience. Only one washroom that also in ground floor, not cleaned properly, no tissue or hand drier was available. Food was very average. Even the conference room is not maintained properly. No white board, even a dustbin was not there in that room. AC was of poor quality. Overall very very unsatisfied.

The hotels is located in a good locality in jubliee hills. The kitchen closes at 10.30 so you wont get even tea in the late nights . Breakfast not that much variety. The milk gets over by 9.30. so they will provide with black tea and says TS a three star hotel not a worth stay with this price range.

Pocket friendly budget. Location is so close to many shopping malls, multiplexes and clubbings.If you are not intrested in going out at night, you could find one in mini bar in the hotel and can get delicious food too.Every penny is worth staying here!

I loved the service more than anything, each and everyone was very polite and helpful to us when we stayed there. Coming to the rooms they are very spacious and big in size, one thing I would like to point out that there arent enough lights in the room so it wouldnt be bright enough for some people but the warm lights are pleasing to the eyes and theres a big window with a curtain too incase you need light. Would have rated it 5 but sometimes TV just refused to work and bathroom door wouldnt get properly shut and thats all the complain i have. Rest everything was amazing. Good location, good staff, good food from their Ghar ka khana restaurant downstairs.

Rooms were decently big. Some areas were perfectly clean and some areas had layers of dust. Theres no view from the windows. Breakfast had less variety. It wasnt heated properly. Taste was at the max OK. Approach road was pathetic. Google takes you through a very narrow lane where most Ola and Uber drivers will not agree to go.

Hotel needs major maintenance work. Wash basin leaks. Hanging and dangling wires in restaurant area (corner opposite to the glass wall facing th road). Food quota and options is less and limited. They said they couldn’t serve me an omlette on morning breakfast of 18-May-2019Food quality is good though. Staff is very polite and well mannered.This recent stay was average. I have had a better stay at same hotel around in Mar2018.So the service has degraded over a yeat

I usually stay in my relatives house whenever i have client meeting in Hyderabad. But they were out of town, so i decided to stay in this hotel which is nearer to my work location. It was a 3 star hotel but their service and food was beyond the expectations. Highly recommended to the new visitors.

Lots of Bedbugs in Hotel Rooms. They have changed my room 3 times but still same problems. No TV working, Poor Maintenance, Very Bad Attitude Of Hotel Guys. Very Late Service. Staff not trained properly. In Breakfast only 2 options. No toaster working. No Generator backup for lifts . Hopeless Hotel been encountered in my entire Life. Not worth a single penny. Don’t ever visit.

I find no low rating than this. The reason for low ratings are as follows1) Poor House keeping with illogical reasons and no back up. You can find rooms without towels, basic toiletories.This is noway matching to three star hotel.2) The MAP plan is poor and noway comparable to three star hotel.3) Irresponsible staff unable to provide you with proper response.4) Food quality is poor .So overall the tariff is comparable to a three star hotel but services, facilities are noway comparable to three star hotel.My sincere request is better you stay in other hotel. As I am frquent traveller I come across a lot of hotel and I find that this is worst hotel with high payments.

Furniture was updated,fresh and puffy pillows with soft beds. Cosy and Homey atmosphere in the hotel.Felt good seeing staffs smiling faces through out the trip.Would miss this place till my next visit.

Its a beautiful place to visit. But, trust me its not cheap.We went for lunch at Adaa restaurant and it was a royal experience. One need to make prior booking before visit the palace for lunch or dinner. You cant just walk in and have yet table booked.Cost per head is about Rs 4500/- which includes 2 drinks and two starts ,1 main course meal and one dessert. You can figure it out with yr menu card and make min bill of 4500/-.I will advise to visit in afternoon so that one can get good view and pics. After all now a days we visit only for pics ;)One of the most charming, elegant and relaxing hotels that we have ever stayed at. Everything from arrival to the departure ceremony was exceptional. The hotel itself is like a museum and it is a thrill to be able to walk through the history of the place. Finally, a special.memtion to the staff who were always helpful and courteous.

This is an amazing hotel if youre visiting Hederabad. Its close to the main city and also is a 5 minute walk to LV Prasad in case you want an eye checkup. The price is almost justified for the service provided. The ac in my room had issues so they changed my room instantly and the reception is very helpful. The rooms were quite large and elegant. My only complaint is the breakfast. There werent a lot of items and the waiters could use some improvement in service. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I purchased dinner buffet from an online app for 380rs, I really dont know how much is their actual buffet price but for 380, i must say it was very good. We had limited amount of food variety but those were sufficient. had biryani, veg biryani, 3 kinds of starters, roti, chicken curry, fish curry, 3-4 variety of sweets, paneer curry, curd rice, curd pickle and the usual sambar and stuff. But one thing stands out is the taste, taste is really good and we can eat till the tummy is full. even the staff were friendly. Overall a good experience

I have visited many hotels in the city and found this one great and worth for money. Parking arrangements were good.The entire hotel is outclass.

Stated with my family including my kind. We had a booking form MMT. After waiting for 40 mins at reception got a room. There is hardly any space left apart form bed and chairs. Kudos to Photographer for the for his camera tricks to shoot the room inside. Guess what we got smoking room. Which is written very clearly in the room. Terrible smell. Callied the reception and they said no other room is available asked us to wait for some time. We stayed outside for about 30 mins and got a temporary arrangement to stay in suite room until we the other room is cleaned.

Quality of the food was very much improved compared to my last visit in this hotel. So convenient beds and pillows.So far my stay in hotel mint ebony was great.

A regular inn; with a few cockroaches thrown in; but not particularly problematic otherwise.Clean sheets and towels and reasonably decent washroom.Hot water is hit or miss and so with Wi-Fi.Chief advantage is brilliant location with 2-3 great pubs and cafes within a easy 10 minute walk.Not bad for stay on a business trip as long as you dont plan on spending time within the hotel other than for the bed.

Probably the best place to stay in the city.Where we can find all modes of transport so easily from the hotel.You can go by cab,bus or metro to enjoy the local attractions.Staff were so friendly and directed me to some interesting locations.
